  11. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees, put the dish there and bake for about half an hour.

Heat up a thick-walled frying pan, grease it with a little butter, and bake khachapuri in turn over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.

3. Suluguni needs to be chopped, add an egg (raw) and a spoonful of flour to the cheese. Stir the filling thoroughly, you can immediately collect into a ball.

4. As soon as the dough fits, take it out on the table. We roll out the cake.

5. We place a ball of the prepared filling inside, collect all the edges of the cake together and pinch tightly.

Ingredients

A glass of fermented baked milk or kefir;

¼ spoon of soda;

3 cups flour;

3 tablespoons of oil in the dough + for frying;

Salt, sugar.

For the filling, you need 400 grams of suluguni, one egg.

Cooking

1. Kefir should not be cold. Pour it into a bowl, throw soda. After a couple of minutes, add raw eggs, pour salt, a little sugar and stir well. We introduce flour, let the dough lie down for half an hour.

2. During this time, you need to grate the cheese, add an egg to it. If the mass turns out to be dry, then you can throw another one.

3. Now we take out the dough, make a small sausage and divide it into four parts.

4. Roll out four cakes at once.

5. Divide the filling, make four balls and scatter over the cakes. We collect the edges together, turn over and roll out again. We make a size that will not exceed the diameter of the pan. No holes are needed.

6. Fry on both sides in a hot frying pan with a thin layer of oil.

7. We stack alternately on top of each other, immediately send it to the table while the dish is hot.

Imeretian khachapuri with puff pastry

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 500 gr
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • milk - 200 ml
  • high-speed yeast - 2.5 tsp
  • butter - 80 gr
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - to taste.

For filling:

  • Suluguni cheese - 450 gr
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • butter - 50 gr.

Cooking method:

First of all, sift the flour into a deep bowl, then add instant yeast, salt and mix well.



Now add vegetable oil and knead the elastic dough. Then cover with a lid and put in a warm place for one hour.


For the filling, grate cheese on a coarse grater, add egg white and set aside the yolk. And we begin to form balls, weighing 150 grams.

Brush the risen dough again with a little vegetable oil and divide it into three equal parts.

From the obtained koloboks we form cakes and put a cheese ball in the middle.

Cooking method:

In a deep bowl, combine kefir, sour cream, one egg, salt, soda and add the sifted flour. Thoroughly mix the whole mass, the dough should turn out quite thick.


Then lightly sprinkle it with flour, cover with a towel and leave at room temperature for about half an hour.


And at this time we rub cheese on a coarse grater, drive in one egg and mix well.


Now generously sprinkle the work surface with flour, use a tablespoon to spread the dough on it and form a circle out of it. Then put the cheese filling in the middle and connect the ends in the middle.
