2. We cut the raw smoked sausage into thin circles (14-15 pieces) and separate them.

After the longitudinal and transverse movements of the rolling pin, we roll out our dough into a pancake 0.5-1 cm thick (preferably less than 1 cm). It is advisable not to make a thick base on the pizza. Otherwise, the taste of the dough will interrupt the taste of the filling.

And by transferring our “pancake” to a baking sheet, for which you can wind it on a rock and unwind it on a baking sheet. So you maintain its integrity and protect it from stretching and tearing. It is best to grease for pizza, or at least with ketchup.

Then, layer by layer, arrange all the components of our filling evenly on the rolled out dough, wrap the edges and sprinkle with seasonings, herbs and grated cheese.

The recommended order is boiled sausage, cucumbers, peppers, smoked sausage, tomatoes and cheese on top. In fact, this is only called layer by layer, in fact, all products are located approximately in the same plane, otherwise the pizza would be very thick.
