Step 3: prepare the chicken eggs.


Simultaneously with the potatoes, we prepare chicken eggs... We put them in a deep saucepan. Add a couple of tablespoons of salt there, pour in 9% vinegar and cold running water, the liquid should be above the product level by 5 - 7 centimeters.

Then we put the saucepan on medium heat and after boiling, cook hard-boiled eggs 10 - 12 minutes... Then we transfer them to a bowl filled with ice water and cool.

Step 4: prepare the rest of the products.


While the boiled foods are cooling down, we are preparing the rest of the important ingredients. Using a tin key, open a jar of peas, throw its contents into a colander and leave in it for 5 - 6 minutes to drain the remaining marinade. Then transfer the peas to a separate bowl.

After that, we cut off the roots of green onions and radishes, the tips on both sides of the cucumber, and remove the stems from parsley and dill. Then we thoroughly rinse them under a stream of cold running water.

Dry the vegetables with paper kitchen towels and place them in a deep bowl. Shake off excess liquid from the herbs, put it in turn on a cutting board, finely chop it and put it in separate bowls: onion in one, parsley and dill in another.

We also put the ham and all the products that are needed for dressing on the kitchen table.

Step 5: prepare okroshka in water.


After the eggs and potatoes have cooled down, you can proceed to the final stage of making the soup. Remove the skin from the potatoes, put them on a cutting board and cut into cubes.

Remove the food casing from the ham and cut it in the same way.

We send these slices into a deep saucepan along with green peas.

Following them, grind cucumbers and peeled chicken eggs.

Shred the radish in half rings or quarters.

In my opinion, the amount of meat can be reduced, although if okroshka is intended for healthy hungry men, you can not do this. Please note that you need to cook in a large container, a 7-liter saucepan is best suited.

Okroshka in water is prepared from the following ingredients:

  • 3 liters of boiled water from the refrigerator
  • about 1 kg of potatoes, cooked in their skins
  • 10 cool eggs
  • 700-800 g of boiled beef
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3-4 large cucumbers
  • 300 g mayonnaise
  • 5 teaspoons of mustard
  • 1 large lemon (you can substitute 0.5 teaspoon of citric acid)

Okroshka on water is prepared as follows:

  1. Cut all the ingredients as you like - coarser or finer. If the cucumbers are bitter, peel them off.
  1. When cutting eggs, set aside 2-3 boiled yolk for refueling.
  2. Mash 3 boiled yolks with mustard, add salt (for the entire pan) and squeeze out the lemon juice.
  3. Dilute this mixture with a small amount of cold boiled water and pour okroshka, add 200 g of mayonnaise, mix well, add the remaining water, stir again and pour into plates.
  4. Add some more mayonnaise to each plate before serving.

Okroshka on mineral water

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg of potatoes;
  • 1 liter of mineral water;
  • 5 eggs;
  • ground black pepper to taste;
  • 200 grams of radish;
  • salt to taste;
  • 300 grams of cucumbers;
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 30 grams of green onions;
  • 200 grams of sour cream;
  • all greens to taste.

How to cook - Okroshka with mineral water:

  1. And so, now we need to boil jacket potatoes and hard-boiled eggs. After that, we need to cool them down and cut them into cubes.
  2. Rinse the radishes and cucumbers, and then cut them into thin rings. Also, wash the herbs and onions, chop them with a knife.
  3. We need to mix all these ingredients in one capacious vessel. At the same time, we are preparing a dressing for okroshka.
  4. Mix sour cream and mustard. After that, add salt and black pepper to them. We send it to the bowl to the rest of the products and mix.
  5. We just have to fill it all with mineral water and mix well. But now, you need to send it to the refrigerator for at least 20-30 minutes.
  6. After that, pour into plates and serve immediately. Greens, if desired, can be served separately.
