Ingredients:

For the test:

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (not full),
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
  • 0.5 tbsp. refined sunflower oil,
  • 1.5-2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of cocoa powder.

For filling:

  • 0.5 cups raisins
  • 0.5 cups of walnuts.

Cooking process:

We start by making the dough. Pour water into a saucepan or other container, add sugar, honey and heat over low heat, stirring constantly until all the ingredients are completely dissolved.


Then pour in the oil, mix thoroughly and leave the mass to cool. While the dough base cools down, rinse and fill hot water raisins and chop with a knife walnuts.


We turn on the oven and set the temperature regime. In our case, this is 180 degrees.

Add soda, cocoa to the base cooled to 30-40 degrees and mix thoroughly. For this I used a whisk and mixed flour with it, adding it gradually. Knead the dough until liquid sour cream.

The raisins have swollen during this time, so we drain the water in which it was soaked, and put the raisins in the dough. Add chopped walnuts there. Mix all the ingredients again.

To make the honey gingerbread high and lush, it is better to bake it in a special mold, and not on a baking sheet. But, if there is no form, you can use a deep frying pan. Lubricate it with vegetable oil, pour out ready dough and send it to the oven for 40 minutes.

In an electric oven, you can first set the bottom heating and let the baking stand for 30 minutes, then connect the top one and leave for another 10 minutes.

We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden toothpick. Sprinkle the hot gingerbread icing sugar and serve.

The dough is kneaded moderately thick, like for pancakes, baked in any suitable form... According to this recipe, the gingerbread is quite sweet, but if you are not a fan sweet pastries- reduce the amount of sugar.

Required Ingredients:

1 glass of warm water (compote, fruit drink);

1/2 cup vegetable oil;

1 cup brown sugar (plain)

2 tbsp. spoons of honey (any);

1 teaspoon of baking soda (with a slide);

2 cups full of flour;

A handful of raisins (optional).

How to cook:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Prepare a baking dish and line it with parchment.

To prepare a gingerbread, you can take any water, rather a liquid - compote, juice, fruit drink or brewed coffee. This will only make the taste of the gingerbread more interesting and aromatic. The main thing is that this water is warm and honey and sugar can be dissolved in it.

For my gingerbread, I took brown sugar, but this is not at all necessary, it's just that this sugar is less sweet. Once again, I want to remind you that this gingerbread is quite sweet, keep this in mind when adding sugar.

Pour vegetable oil into a cup with honey - sugar mixture, add baking soda and flour. Knead the dough like a thick pancake. If desired, you can add a handful of raisins (nuts, chocolate pieces, candied fruits) to this dough.

Mix the finished dough and pour into the prepared form.

Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, until dry with a toothpick. During baking, the honey gingerbread will change color and become saturated Brown color...   • a glass of sugar;
  • ½ cup vegetable oil;
  • a glass of strong tea or juice;
  • half a glass walnuts and dried fruits;
  • two glasses of flour;
  • 3.5 g of soda;
  • a tablespoon of lemon juice (vinegar);
  • vanillin;
  • cinnamon;
  • salt.

In another bowl, mix flour (sifted) with cocoa, baking powder, coriander and cinnamon. We combine both mixtures, whipping, add chopped nuts and dried fruits to the dough. For baking we use silicone mold... The product is baked for about 35 minutes with an oven mode of 200 degrees. When the gingerbread is ready, you can grease it with any berry jam or make berry jelly.   • cinnamon, ginger;
  • a bag of vanillin;
  • 6 g of soda;
  • salt.

Rinse nuts and berries or dried fruits well and grind in a blender. Add honey, sugar, butter, vanillin, salt, nuts, dried fruits and cinnamon to warm tea. Beat the whole mixture with a whisk. Redeemed lemon juice We add baking soda to the mass and add the sifted flour in small portions, mix. Preparing the form in the usual way and put the dough into it, gently level it with a spatula. In the oven, heated to 190 degrees, we put our lean gingerbread and bake for about fifty minutes until a beautiful golden color. Decorate cooled baked goods with powdered sugar.
