This ingredient is known for its beneficial properties: it protects our body from fatigue, diseases such as atherosclerosis, diabetes and various heart diseases. To prepare the salad, we need the following ingredients:

- cod liver - 125 gr.;
- avocado - 1 pc.;
- cherry tomatoes - 1 sprig;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- red bell pepper - 1 pc.;
- sesame;
- olive oil, salt, pepper.

The first step in shaping our salad with canned cod liver and avocado is to cut red bell pepper into strips.
