  • pickled mushrooms - 1 can
  • Estonian cheese - 50 g
  • dill - 50 g
  • boiled chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
  • canned cucumber - 2 pcs.
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 200 g
  • salt - a pinch

Open the jar with honey mushrooms, drain the marinade and put the mushrooms in a bowl as the first layer of salad. Finely chop the dill for mushrooms.

Boil the chicken fillet until tender, cool, cut into not very small pieces and put on the next layer. When the chicken is boiling, it needs a little salt, so you don't need to salt the layer in the salad. Grease this layer with a thick layer of mayonnaise.

Grate hard cheese on a medium grater on the chicken. Cook the potatoes in their uniforms, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Put the potatoes on the next layer of lettuce, add a little salt and season with mayonnaise.

Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into strips. Put on potatoes. Grate cucumbers on a coarse grater and put on the last layer.

Put the prepared salad in the refrigerator to soak all the layers. When serving, turn the mushrooms up to another dish.
