But when the season of zucchini, then they fill the entire refrigerator and you will not want to think where to dispose of it so safely that it would be tasty and healthy for the figure. Vegetable stew bored to hell and you can't eat a lot of pastries with zucchini, and the minimum zucchini goes there.

And I came up with for myself light salad suitable for me in all ingredients! It prepares incredibly fast! The main component of the salad is, of course, Zucchini.

So the recipe:

Two medium zucchini
3-5 pieces raw squid (more if desired)
One large tomato
3 boiled eggs
Natural yoghurt
Basil (I have dried, fresh will be better)
Dill
Clove of garlic

Peel the zucchini (if you don't need to peel it from your garden) cut into small cubes and quickly fry for no more than 3-5 minutes in a non-stick frying pan with a drop of olive oil.In the process, you can cover it with a lid, but make sure that the zucchini does not lose shape and not boiled, salt before turning off.



Scald the squids with boiling water and clean them under running water, then lower them into boiling water for 2 minutes (no longer, otherwise they will be rubber). Cut not coarsely.
Peel the tomato, Cut into cubes. Add fresh to salad.
Cut the eggs, I crush them with a fork, so it turns out smaller.
I use plain yogurt either purchased or I prepare it in the Redmond Multicooker.


I have dried basil from ASHAN, I take all the seasonings there. Add it to taste.
Chop the greens, as usual, the garlic through a garlic press.

Mix everything and the salad is ready! You can add pepper, other ingredients to your taste. Due to the zucchini, the salad is light and very tender. My three-year-old was eating it by both cheeks! Zucchini can be cut into slices and frozen, the taste will not change a little.
When I rub the zucchini on a grater, a lot of juice remains, I freeze it and wipe my face with it, in the morning and in the evening. Well refreshes and tones the skin of the face.

Squid with stewed zucchini in sour cream

Ingredients : squid 2 carcasses, to abaca 300 g, sour cream 250 g, spaghetti 200 g, onions 1 pc., carrots 1 pc., p cooking oil for frying, with ol, NS herets, herbs to taste.
