Delicate creamy recipes

Sweets will appreciate this recipe. The blank can be made very unusual - mix apples with condensed milk.

Such gentle combination remembered for a long time... Products required:

  • two kilograms of apples;
  • a can of condensed milk;
  • glass of water.

The apples are washed, cored, and the skin is cut with a knife. Then the fruit is cut into thin slices and placed in a bowl with a thick bottom. Add water and simmer over low heat for about forty minutes. The resulting apple mass is cooled, turned into puree in a convenient way.

The mass is mixed with condensed milk and boiled for a quarter of an hour over low heat, stirring from time to time. After that, the mass is laid out in jars and closed with metal lids.

This variant turns out to be tender and sweet, it tastes like "Nezhenka" puree, on which more than one generation of sweet tooth has grown. So you should definitely pamper your family with such tasty preparation, with which any evening tea will be more cordial and comfortable.

With cream, the option turns out to be no less tender. But you need to take a product of 30% fat content. In addition to him, you will need:

  • two kilograms of ripe apples;
  • a glass of cream;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • half a glass of water.

Peeled from the skin and seeds, the fruit is passed through a meat grinder or food processor. The puree is transferred to a thick-walled saucepan, mixed with sugar and the specified amount of water. Simmer for forty minutes over low heat, stirring often enough, otherwise the mass may burn.

Apples and pears in one treat will definitely delight children! In the summer season, you can make such a preparation from fresh fruit, and in the winter add whipped cream and use it when preparing puff desserts.

It is difficult for adults to resist such a natural treat.... The following products are required:

  • by a kilogram of pears and apples;

Then, using a blender, grind until puree. Add cinnamon as desired. Pour in lemon juice and sugar is poured, brought to a boil and packaged in jars, sealed.

This combination can be called universal. It will definitely brighten up a winter evening with its summer aroma.

Cooking in a multicooker

If the kitchen has a multicooker, then it will facilitate the process of preparing the apple preparation. To do this, it is enough to take one and a half kilograms of apples and a glass of sugar and water.

Fruits are prepared in the usual way, then cut into thin pieces and put into a multicooker bowl. Pour in water, cook for exactly an hour with the "Quenching" mode (present on almost any model). Slightly cooled slices are rubbed through a sieve, mixed with sugar and cook for ten minutes in the same mode.

It remains to transfer to the jars and close them with hermetically boiled lids. The taste will be the same as in the case of classic recipe... But it is easier to prepare and it can be stored for a very long time even at room temperature.

With prunes and pumpkin

These two interesting options Lovers of unusual combinations will like it.

There will be much more benefits in such mashed potatoes, because both pumpkin and prunes are useful in themselves, and in combination with apples, a preparation for the winter is very valuable for the body.

To prepare the version with prunes, you need to prepare three kilograms of yellow or green apples in the usual way and cut into small cubes. Then boil them with the addition of a liter of water and a glass of sugar over low heat for twenty minutes. At this time, you need to soak a kilogram of prunes in warm water. If there are bones in it, then they should first be removed. Cut the prunes into several pieces and add to the fruit, cook together for another forty minutes, stirring occasionally. The mashed potatoes should not be allowed to burn, from this it will acquire an unpleasant aroma and taste.

Then the fruit is chopped with an immersion blender, brought to a boil and cooked for another ten minutes. Then everything is simple: they lay out a delicious and useful workpiece by jars. The puree will be sweet and sour. Suitable for diet food, since when using sweet apples, sugar can be taken to a minimum.

The option with a pumpkin will be no less useful.... Apples and vegetables are taken in equal proportions, for example, by a kilogram. But if you need to cook more jars of mashed potatoes, then this amount is increased. Sugar and orange peel add to taste.

The two main ingredients are prepared and cut into small cubes, boiled until soft, then minced in a meat grinder or blender. The apple and pumpkin mass is transferred to a cauldron or saucepan with thick walls, sugar and orange peel are added to taste, brought to a boil and cooked for ten minutes. After that, you can roll the mass into cans. Its taste is unusual, but very appetizing.

Each of the recipes is good in its own way, if you cook applesauce clearly according to the instructions, then it will definitely turn out delicious, aromatic and very useful. Both children and adults love to eat it directly with spoons, but the blanks can be used in the preparation of pies, muffins, used as a filling for homemade pancakes. Or you can even serve it with bread and a cup of tea - you get a healthy and light breakfast.

It is advisable to dry the apples with towels before cooking. Clean fruits are peeled from the skin and seed boxes. If you plan to grind mashed potatoes through a sieve, then apples can not be thoroughly peeled, but only cut into 6 - 8 parts.

Puree technology

The average ratio of the amount of products is as follows: for 1 kilogram of unpeeled Antonovka apples, they take 100 grams of granulated sugar and 100 grams of liquid. Sugar in baby food puree can be eliminated altogether or replaced with fructose.

Apple cuts must be softened by heat treatment. This can be done in the following ways:

  • On the stove. Apples are placed in a saucepan and poured with water, according to the recipe. The fruit is stewed for about 20 minutes after the liquid has boiled.

  • V microwave oven. Large pieces apples are placed on a flat dish. A couple of tablespoons of water are added to the bottom of the container. Slicing is prepared for 5 minutes at the maximum power of the microwave oven.
  • In the oven. Fruits are spread on a baking sheet, cut upwards to retain the maximum amount of juice. Cooking takes place at a temperature of 180 degrees. Usually it takes about 20-30 minutes to soften the fruit. Apple juice when baking, it is convenient to use silicone or metal muffins as a fruit holder.
  • In a multicooker. You can also stew apples until tender using a multicooker. Put the fruit together with water in the main bowl and stew with the lid closed for 15 minutes. Depending on the model of the unit, you can use the "Extinguishing" or "Steam" function.

Apple puree with condensed milk - a simple recipe "Sissy"

This year I only have ugly apples of sour varieties, but my family does not really like sour puree. Therefore, in the process of cooking this very tasty I used condensed milk.

Ingredients:

  • selected apples - 5.5 kg;
  • condensed milk -1 can (400 g);
  • water - 1 tbsp.;
  • sugar - 0.5 tbsp.

First, I peeled the seeds and hard peels from the fruit. I also removed the pulp that was darkened from impacts on the ground, otherwise it will stand out in the puree with its hardness and color.

Advice! To prevent apples from darkening during processing, place them in a saline solution (dilute 10 g of kitchen salt in 1 liter of water).

Then the chopped fruit was placed in a wide saucepan with a thick bottom and covered with water (If the apples are very juicy, then the amount of water indicated in the recipe can be reduced). Then she placed the container on low heat and covered with a lid.

To make the apples cook evenly, I stirred them every 5 minutes. They prepared for about an hour. I was guided by the fact that all the pieces were soft. Then she removed the container from the stove and allowed the mixture to cool slightly. Soft pieces kneaded with a crush for potatoes, at the end added sugar and condensed milk to the mass. I mixed everything thoroughly.

The resulting mixture was placed on fire. Stirring well, I cooked it for another 5 minutes. Ready apple dessert poured into previously sterilized containers and closed them.

Make an unusually tasty fruit puree for the winter by traditional recipe you can also use a multicooker. True, it is worth considering the amount of equipment used. I have a volume of 4 liters.

Products used:

  • apples (already peeled) - 3.5 kg;
  • sugar - 150 g;
  • water - 1.5.

Step by step recipe:

  1. First of all, I peeled the apples and chopped them into large pieces. Then I lightly greased the bottom of the bowl with oil (do not overdo it, otherwise the mashed potatoes will be given to them) so that the apples do not stick to the bottom. Pieces of apples poured into a bowl, poured water and tamed them with a pinch citric acid... I cooked in the simmering mode for 30 minutes. If the multicooker is very powerful, the cooking time can be reduced even further.
  2. Then the finished pieces were transferred to a deep saucepan and chopped to a puree state. Add sugar and cook for another 8 minutes in porridge mode. If there is no mode with such a short time, it is better to finish cooking on the stove.
  3. Ready fruit dessert put them in small jars and rolled them up. She wrapped the rolled up cans with a jacket and left them to cool until morning.

This is how with the help of modern technology you can easy and make applesauce quickly. Thanks to the use of citric acid, the apple flavor has become even more intense. In general, as my household members say “ Real jam»!

For my mom with diabetes, I cook this dish strictly from sour apples, without adding sugar. This puree is also perfect for small children suffering from diathesis. The simple recipe for this dish has become my favorite over the past few years.

Required Ingredients:

  • apples - 3 kg;
  • water - 1 - 1.5 tbsp.

After washing the apples, I cut them into halves, peel all unnecessary things. Then I put it in a saucepan and fill it with water. The amount of water depends on the weight of the apples. If after cleaning their weight is 2.5 kg, then use 1 tbsp of water. If the weight is 2.8 kg, then pour the apples with 1.5 tbsp. liquids.

I put on low heat and cook until the apple pieces start to fall apart. I stir every 7 minutes. Taking them off the fire, I grind them to a state homogeneous mass, then returning to the stove, bring the mixture to a boil.

Dessert, while still hot I sprinkle in steamed jars and place in a saucepan for sterilization for 20 minutes. Then I roll it up.

Such conservation is stored very well, and when you open it, even in the middle of winter you will feel the aroma of summer.

I love to pamper my children. Therefore, even when preparing fruit puree from apples, I try to diversify their taste with different additives. One of the most special ways to prepare this dish, I find adding cream to it. Therefore, I will tell you how to prepare such mashed potatoes step by step.

Stock up on foods such as:

  • apples - 2 kg;
  • sugar - 150 g;
  • cream (30% fat) - 200 ml;
  • water - 100 ml.

First of all, we clean the fruits and subtly their mode into a microwave container (according to this recipe, you can cook in a multicooker, but it's more convenient for me this way). Then we fill the pieces with water and send them to the oven. If the layer is thin, then 5 minutes is enough, if not, then increase the time to 12 minutes.

When the apples have softened, I grind them thoroughly with a wooden mortar so that no pieces remain. Pour sugar into the resulting mass, pour in cream. Then I mix thoroughly with a mixer.

Attention! If you are using sweet apples, you do not need to add sugar.

I sprinkle the finished mass in jars and roll it up. Jars and lids are sure to be sterilized.

Video recipe for babies - complementary foods for babies:

What else can you cook with autumn sweet and sour fruits:

  1. Lush and delicious charlotte in the oven

The filling of pies, in terms of consistency, must be a little denser than baby food, therefore, fruits are used in the process of its preparation hard varieties of red color. The puree obtained from them will have a richer color and aroma. I prefer to use Red Delicious apples and plums.

Components required for cooking:

  • apples - 2 kg;
  • plums - 0.5 kg;
  • sugar - 2 kg.

After washing the fruits, I let them dry. Then, I cut them into four, removing the core and damaged skin.

To speed up the cooking process, I pass the fruit through a meat grinder (if you have a food processor, use it).

Pour the prepared mass into a saucepan and put it on the fire. First, bring the mass to a boil over moderate heat, then reduce it to a minimum. When the apples have become soft, remove the pan from the stove and grind. I put the hot mass into sterilized jars and roll it up.

Advice! You can test the applesauce is done by scooping it into a tablespoon and then turning it over. If the mass does not fall back into the container, it is ready.

The puree I use for the pies comes out thicker than other types of this delicacy. Also has a richer flavor.

Recently I started making mashed potatoes without using condensed milk or sugar. For such a dessert, I take exclusively fruits of sweet varieties. This allows you not only to obtain a natural preservative, but also to avoid the sterilization process, which allows you to save more nutrients.

Stock up on the following ingredients:

  • apples - 3 kg;
  • water, or apple juice - 300 g.

The simple process of making this treat won me over.

Apples, without peeling, I cut into slices in a saucepan, while removing the core and bones. Then I fill them with liquid (it will be tastier if you use apple juice) and bring them to a boil over low heat.

During this time, the apples give out their juice and are completely covered with it. It turns out that they are boiled in own juice and become soft. Then I rub them through a sieve for a smooth puree.

Transfer the resulting mass back to the pan and boil for another 1 minute. While it is still warm, I sprinkle it on the banks and roll it. I wrap the jars and leave them for a day. The main thing is that the jars are thoroughly washed and sterilized.

Diversify the taste apple treats you can by adding other ingredients to the recipe. My favorite was the combination of apples and pears. This type of puree is great for the first feeding of babies.

To prepare it, stock up on:

  • apples - 2.5 kg;
  • sugar - 3 kg;
  • pears - 1.5 kg;
  • milk - 3 l;
  • soda - 1 tbsp.

The first step in cooking is processing the fruit. After washing, I peeled them from the peel and seeds. I crumbled apples and pears into a saucepan with a thick bottom, sprinkling them with soda, and left for two hours.

Do not worry! The taste of soda is not felt in the end result, but the puree will turn out to be very tender.

The next step was to rinse the fruit with water. When the taste of soda disappeared from them, I poured milk over the pieces and added sugar. She put the saucepan on the stove and cooked it for 2 hours on low heat.

I interrupted the boiled fruit in a few runs with a blender, and boiled it for another 10 minutes. Then she poured it into jars and rolled it up.

How to make applesauce for the winter at home from fresh apples with your own hands

Choose apples at your discretion, preferably sweet or sweet and sour. Wash them thoroughly, if you are not going to cut the peel, then use a hard sponge. If the peel is badly damaged or too tough, then it is better to cut it off.

Cut each apple into 3-4 pieces and remove the seed capsule.

Place the apple pieces in a saucepan and cover with water so that it covers the fruit by 0.5-1 cm. Start cooking on high fire until the contents of the pot boil. Then reduce heat to low.

Wash the lemon well and cut into slices or halves, send to the pan. Add sugar to taste, vanillin, ground cinnamon if desired. Stir and cook for about 15 minutes, until the apples are tender.

Bring the fruit mass to a puree with small apple and lemon chunks. The easiest way to do this is with a hand blender or meat grinder.

For mashed potatoes to keep well for several months, the rolling pans must be sterile. Or you can wash the jars thoroughly and then sterilize them with the fruit mass inside. Divide the applesauce into the jars.

Cover the bottom of the pot with a piece of cloth to prevent the glass from breaking. Place the puree jars in the pot and cover them with the lids. Sterilize for 5-7 minutes (for 0.5 L jars), then screw the lids back on.

Knock over the canning and wrap up. Store the workpieces in a cool, dark place.
