You will need a couple of kilograms of sweet apples, condensed milk (100 gr), water (half of a multi-glass), sugar (a third of a multi-glass).

Sequence of actions:

  1. Wash the apples, remove the seed box, cut into pieces.
  2. Pour water into the cooking bowl, dip the apples into it.
  3. Set the "extinguishing" mode to one hour.
  4. Stir contents every 20 minutes.
  5. At the end of the time, combine the pieces of fruit with sugar and rub with an immersion blender.
  6. Add condensed milk to the fruit mass and reapply the blender.
  7. We put the fruit mass in the bowl, set the “soup” mode to bring to a boil.

Sweet preparation "Sissy" is ready. It remains to roll up the banks, turn over and insulate for a day.

Place the apple slices in a saucepan, add some water and let them simmer over medium heat until softened. Softened apples can be mashed with a blender or rubbed through a sieve, then add a can of condensed milk to the puree. The resulting mixture is returned to the stove and boiled for another 5-7 minutes, then poured into clean jars, covered and left for sterilization. Upon completion of sterilization, the jars of applesauce are rolled up.

  • apples - 4.8 kg;
  • sugar - 145 g;
  • condensed milk - 280 ml;
  • water - 160 ml.

After peeling the apples, divide them into pieces of more or less equal size and send them to a saucepan with a thick bottom to avoid burning. Then splash water and leave the apples on medium heat until softened. After about half an hour, puree the apples with a blender and add sweeteners. The role of the latter can be either sugar with condensed milk, or a mixture of them. After waiting for it to boil again, boil the applesauce for 5-7 minutes, and then put it in clean jars and send it for sterilization before rolling it up.

I roll applesauce with boiled metal lids. I got 3 half-liter jars.

Applesauce with condensed milk for the winter is ready! I let the workpiece cool down. I keep this dessert in the fridge.

Wash apples.

Cut off broken places, peel and remove the core. Cut prepared apples into slices of equal size.

Transfer the apples to a saucepan in which the puree will be cooked. Sprinkle the slices with sugar, pour water into the apples and mix.

Put the pan with apples on a slow fire and cook, stirring constantly. Make sure the apples don't burn. If needed, you can add a little more water.

Then put the finished applesauce with cream into clean jars washed with soda and roll up with boiled lids. Turn jars of puree upside down and wrap until completely cool.

In winter, such a jar of applesauce with cream is eaten with pleasure by all members of our family, because it is tasty and healthy! Yield is approximately 700 milliliters of finished puree. We return to the stove, twist the fire to the smallest. We heat up. As soon as the puree begins to gurgle, pour in the condensed milk.
