    • chicken egg - 3 pieces;
    • baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;
    • milk - half a glass.
    • cottage cheese - 200g.

    Preparation:

    Finansier are small almond muffins. It is made on the basis of butter (heats up for 5-7 minutes), which acquires a nutty flavor. Financiers are usually prepared in square (rectangular) shapes.

    Ingredients for the dough:

    • wheat flour - 50 gr.;
    • egg white - 4 pieces;
    • vanilla sugar - 1 glass;
    • butter - 100 gr.;
    • powdered sugar - 150 gr.
    • ground almonds - 100 gr.

    Preparation:

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

    2. Grease the molds with oil.

    3. Sprinkle them with flour.

    4. Melt butter in a frying pan until nutty flavor appears.

    5. Mix the following ingredients:

    • icing sugar;
    • flour;
    • almond;
    • vanilla sugar.

    6. Pour in the protein.
