We take out the dough from the bowl and begin to knead it. We knead the dough for about ten minutes: we crush it a little, twist it, roll it into a ball, crush it again, and so on several times.
  5. After 10 minutes have passed, form a ball out of the dough (see photo) and put it in a bowl. Cover the top with a towel and put in a warm place (for example, on the stove) for 1 hour.
  6. During this time, the dough should roughly double. Then place it on a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangular shape (about the same width as the baking dish).
  7. Finally, we roll the dough into a roll. The resulting roll should be about the same size as the baking dish.
  8. Place the loaf, seam down, in a greased form. Cover with a towel again and put in a warm place for another 1 hour. The loaf should rise a little more.
  9. An hour later, we send the bread to the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, for 30 minutes. After half an hour, we take the loaf out of the oven and immediately take it out of the mold to cool the bread.
  10. It is important to let the bread cool completely before cutting it!
