  • Turkey fillet - 400 -500 g
  • Milk (or cream) - 500 ml
  • Flour - 3 teaspoons
  • Salt, spices - to taste
  • Dry dill, garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • Vegetable oil

Cooking:

Rinse the fillet, pat dry with paper towels. Cut into small strips.

Mince the garlic.

Fry the fillet in vegetable oil in a frying pan with high sides for 5-7 minutes.

For the sauce, in a separate bowl, mix milk (or cream) with 1.5 teaspoons of flour so that there are no lumps. Add garlic, spices, dry dill. Salt, pepper. To stir thoroughly.

Add the remaining 1.5 teaspoons of flour to the meat, mix and continue to fry for another 3 minutes.

Then pour the prepared milk-garlic mixture into the pan with meat, mix well, cover, reduce the heat. Continue to simmer until the sauce thickens, stirring constantly. This will take another 5-7 minutes.
