  • a pinch of salt.

Preparing the Easy Cheese Pie:

  1. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream with eggs, carefully work with a whisk, salt and mix again.
  2. Sift dry ingredients through a sieve and mix with egg-sour cream mixture. The dough turns out like non-fat sour cream.
  3. Grind cheese (both types) using a grater with a large nozzle. If desired, you can salt the filling, especially if the cheese is not very salty.

Prepare for the filling:

  • Feta - 250 g;
  • boiled eggs - pieces 5;
  • a bunch of onion arrows;
  • salt, a mixture of peppers.

Steps for preparing cheese pastries based on kefir dough:

  1. Let's start with the filling. We cut the cheese smaller, three eggs on a grater, and finely chop the onion. Mix onion with egg crumbs, salt and crush with pepper.

Delicious lavash pie with cheese

Lavash pie with cheese is an unusual option for making a cheese pie. However, it has been gaining more and more popularity lately.

Base: lavash

Filling for 200 grams of hard cheese:

  • Feta - the same;
  • bunch of greens.

Fill:

  • eggs - a couple of pieces;
  • kefir - 60 ml
  • two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Cheese pie in pita bread is prepared as follows:

  1. To begin with, we prepare the filling: grind the cheese on a grater, and chop the Feta with a fork, chop the greens. Mix the contents thoroughly.
  2. For pouring, you will need to beat the eggs, while introducing kefir with butter.
  3. We prepare the form for baking the pie, lay out the pita bread in layers, smearing each with filling. The edges of the pita bread should hang out of the mold.

  2. Combine flour with salt in a wide bowl, pour melted butter and kefir with yeast into them. Knead the dough by hand and then leave it warm for an hour or two to rise.
  3. For the filling, grate the cheese and chop the fresh herbs into smaller pieces. Season with sour cream and soft butter, mix well.
  4. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and fold the filling in the center, evenly leveling it around. Next, gather the edges of the filling to the center and close them up. The thickness of the cake should not be higher than 2 cm.

    Dough:

    • 2 eggs;
    • 1 teaspoon l. olive oils;
    • 15 table. l. flour;
    • a couple of spoons of water

    Filling:

    • 500 g suluguni / feta cheese / Ossetian or Adyghe cheese / mozzarella (several types can be mixed);
    • fatty oil pack.

    Step by step description of the cooking process:

    1. We prepare the dough from the above products. Flour should be introduced in small portions - all of it may not be needed, depending on the type of product and its variety. When the workpiece becomes soft to the touch, but not too dense and elastic, roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in a film and leave it to rest for half an hour.
    2. Grate the cheese into a bowl.
    3. We cut the dough into approximately the same 7-8 parts, then roll out a layer from each. The correct cake comes out very thin, while its size should be 3-4 cm larger than the size of the mold. We put all the layers on a tray, sprinkling them with flour so that they do not stick together.
    4. Before adding to the filling, melt the butter in a steam bath. Pour a few large spoons into the cheese and mix well. The rest is left to create a layered achma-pie.
    5. Grease the mold with some melted butter. We spread a layer of raw (not boiled!) Dough in it and generously cover with ghee using a brush.
    6. We lower the second layer with neat, gradual movements into boiling water. The dough should be laid in a wave - so as not to stick together. When the water boils again, it should be quickly removed with a wooden spoon into a colander, and then transferred to ice water.
    7. After a few seconds, manually remove the dough and put it on top of the wet layer in the mold. Oil it up.
    8. Repeat the boiling procedure with two more sheets of dough. Spread half of the filling evenly over the next layer. Then boil a few more sheets of dough. Put the rest of the filling on the penultimate layer. Everyone needs to be lubricated with oil. The last, final layer of dough should remain raw. We wrap the edges inward. We cut the cake into 4, 6, 8 parts and pour the rest of the butter into the cuts.
    9. We bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until a ruddy brown-golden crust appears.

Cheese pie is always popular with all my friends and acquaintances. When I know that I urgently need to cook something simple, but quite effective on the table, this recipe always helps out, because it turns out incredibly tasty.   • Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Onion, large - 1 pc.
  • Ground black pepper

I will not once again bow in my love for cheese pastries, but I will immediately get down to business. Namely - to a pie on cottage cheese dough with feta filling. It turned out fantastically delicious, and I won’t even say how easy it is.

For test:

- 250 g of cottage cheese, I took 5%
- 100 g butter /* can be smaller, it seems to me */
- 200 g flour
- 1 egg
- 0.25 tsp Sahara
- 0.25 tsp soda

For filling:

- 300 g of feta /* cheese is possible, of course */
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp basilica
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. l. sour cream /* after the fact I thought that you can do without it, in general, */
- salt, pepper to taste

For the dough: grind the cottage cheese with the egg, add the sifted flour, mix. Melt the butter, cool slightly, dissolve soda and sugar in it and add to the curd-flour mixture. Mix until smooth. Wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour, but I generally made the dough in the evening, in the morning I only baked the filling.

For the filling: chop the feta, mix with the beaten egg, sour cream and basil. Add finely grated garlic, mix everything. It is not forbidden to use your other favorite herbs, and skip the garlic through a press. Salt and pepper to taste, depending on how salty your cheese is.

Divide the dough into two unequal parts. Just in case, I greased the mold with a little oil. That part of the dough, which is larger, roll out on a table dusted with flour and lay out in a mold, making sides. Cut off excess dough.
Put the filling on the dough layer. Roll out the second part of the dough, cover it with what is in shape, press the edges.
Lubricate the surface with yolk, or an egg, or ... you understand. A toad usually strangles me for a whole yolk or a whole egg. Therefore, I poured a small part of the egg into a separate cup, put it on the filling, added a couple of drops of water, stirred it and smeared it with it. It was great enough.

190C, baked for 40 minutes. Look, it should blush.

Very tasty. Both warm and cold. The cake itself is quite satisfying, so I just made a salad for it.

Yes! There was a lot of testing. I baked in a large form, with a diameter, mmm, 22 centimeters, no less. I have leftover dough. But I don’t like thick layers of dough in pies, I like a lot of toppings, so I didn’t roll out too thick, although not too thin, you can see it in the photo of the cut. Made the bottom layer thicker. And still the dough remained. I put it in the freezer for now. I think to make either small pies with cheese filling (just grated hard cheese + greens), or cheese sticks (add flour, roll out, sprinkle with cheese and maybe red pepper, and bake). So see for yourself - if you like thinner dough, then reduce the amount of cottage cheese and flour a little. Recipe 7: Vegetarian Cheese Pie (Contains Garlic)

Dough Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups flour;
  • 250 grams of 5% cottage cheese;
  • 150 grams of butter;
  • 1 tsp Sahara;
  • ¼ tsp soda;
  • ¼ tsp salt.
  • 300 grams of cheese;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 3 tbsp sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp flour;
  • fresh or dried herbs (basil, marjoram, thyme, oregano, mint, parsley and others).

For sprinkling sesame seeds.

First, melt the butter and dissolve salt, sugar and soda in it.

Then add cottage cheese and sifted flour there.

Now knead a very soft (maybe a little sticky, don't be surprised if suddenly) dough.

We leave the dough aside and turn our attention to the filling. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater, crush or finely rub the garlic, chop the herbs, if necessary. And now mix it all with sour cream and flour.

We light the oven so that it has time to warm up to 200 ° C. Grease the mold with oil. We distribute half of the dough along the bottom and sides of the mold, after which we spread the cheese filling there in an even layer.

Cover the top of the pie with the other half of the dough and pinch the edges. Then prick with a fork, generously sprinkle with sesame seeds and send for 30 minutes in the oven.

We take out the finished cheese pie from the oven and swallow saliva.

Seriously, we swallow it, because the cheese pie must, without fail, and no matter what, needs to cool down. In our case, a good pie is a cold pie. So the one who honestly follows the instructions will be truly happy. And virtually no sugar! Bon Appetit!

Recipe 8: Smoked Cheese Pie

Loose fragrant dough and delicate filling. And although the filling is a modification of an omelette, it is very dense and does not soak the dough at all.
The “omelette” is hard due to the cheese, and the cheese itself completely disperses and is invisible as a separate component.

  • 200g smoked meat products (hunting sausages, ham, etc.),
  • 3 eggs,
  • 1 cup cream
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda (optional)
  • 125g Emmental cheese,
  • white pepper

SAND DOUGH:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 100g butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3~5 tbsp cold water

From the indicated components (the butter must be softened) make shortcrust pastry according to the main method.

Spread the dough with your hands along the bottom and side walls of a 4mm thick mold.

Prick the bottom with a fork.

Meat products cut into thin slices or strips. Spread evenly over dough.

Shake the egg with cream, finely grated cheese, pepper and soda.

Pour into mold.

Advice: If the taste of the cheese is not salty enough for you, add ¼~1/3 teaspoon of salt to the egg mass.

  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • sunflower oil - 6 tbsp.
  • premium wheat flour - 150 g (slightly more than 1 cup) *
  • soda - 0.5 tsp
  • apple cider vinegar (or regular table cider vinegar) - 1 tbsp.
  • * 1 cup = 200 ml liquid = 125 g flour

For filling:

  • green onions - 100 g (large bunch)
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • salt - a pinch
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.

Cooking process:

First of all, I took up the onion, because by the time the filling is laid out on the dough, it should already be at room temperature.
I heated a frying pan with sunflower oil and laid out the green onions cut into rings. Simmered, stirring, for five minutes. I turned off the gas and let it cool down.

I combined the egg with salt, beat it.

I poured in kefir and sunflower oil (refined) and beat again with a whisk.

I sifted the flour. In my glass there are 125 g of flour (it is 200 ml of water), I added a little more for the desired consistency. Whipped up quickly.

I then extinguished the soda with apple cider vinegar. Whipped, but not for long.

Lubricated the form (I have it in size 24.5x18 cm) with sunflower oil. I poured about half (or a little more) of the dough into it. Smoothed out with a spoon.

She laid out the fried green onions that had already cooled to room temperature.

Beat the eggs a little with salt, poured them onions.

Spread the rest of the dough on top.
If it does not completely cover the filling, it's okay. The main thing is to distribute as evenly as possible.

I sent it to the oven and baked for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. When the top browned, covered with foil.

The traditional recipe for a pie stuffed with eggs and cheese is loved by many. It is easy to prepare and very tasty. It is not a shame to treat both relatives and friends with such a treat.

Dough Ingredients:

  • flour - 2 cups;
  • granulated sugar - 0.5 cups;
  • butter or margarine - 100 grams;
  • sour cream - 4 tablespoons;
  • egg - 1 piece.;
  • soda - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • salt.

For filling:

  • hard-boiled eggs - 4 pieces;
  • unsalted cheese - 300 grams.

Cooking method

To prepare the airy dough, you need to add soda to the flour and sift through a fine sieve.
In a separate bowl, mix the raw egg, sour cream, sugar and salt until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Melt butter or margarine a little and beat with a wooden stick for 7-8 minutes. Continuing to beat vigorously, pour the sour cream-egg mixture into the bowl and pour in the flour. Knead the dough from all the ingredients. You need to do this quickly, in 20-30 seconds.
Separate a quarter from the dough and set aside. Form a layer from the rest, up to 1 cm thick and lay it in an even layer on a previously greased form.
Cut the cheese into slices and spread evenly over the rolled out dough.
Eggs cut into cubes or slices the same as cheese.
Roll out the remaining dough thinly and cover the top of the pie. It can be pricked in different places with a fork so that the dough does not burst during baking.
Put the pie dish in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for half an hour. Check the readiness of the dough with a wooden skewer.
Ready-made pastries can be sprinkled on top with finely chopped herbs: parsley, dill or cilantro.

Tip: If using salted cheese, soak it for an hour in water before slicing.
