  • Unsweetened yogurt (I have 2% fat) - 1 cup (260g);
  • Mustard - 2 teaspoons (10g);
  • Garlic - 1 clove (5g);
  • Salt - to taste.

Preparation:

Since iceberg and romaine lettuce were sold already washed, I only washed the green lettuce. Then, dry well and put in the refrigerator until serving the salad:

Cut the fillet lengthwise and marinate in salt and a mixture of different peppers. Cover with film and leave for 30 minutes (you can also overnight, then in the refrigerator):

Calorie content diet sauce Caesar for 100 gr. is: 250 kcal. Nutritional value: proteins: 10 gr., fats: 20 gr., carbohydrates: 7 gr.

Yolk chicken egg: 1 PC.
Mustard: 1 tsp.
Lemon juice: 1 tsp.
Garlic: 1 clove
Red wine: 1 tsp.
Cheese: 20 gr.

As you already understand, I season Caesar not with mayonnaise, as usual, but with butter and lemon juice. I think this is healthier and less caloric, although if you know when to stop, you can achieve this with any sauce.

And this is how I prepare a diet Caesar salad.

  1. First I defrost chicken breast and wash her. I put it in a saucepan, fill it with water and put it on the stove to cook. While it is cooking, I tear the Chinese cabbage into small pieces with my hands. If you don’t have time, you can cut it, but the appearance will be different. Then I cut the tomato into large slices. I put olives in the salad bowl not whole, but in halves.
  2. When the chicken is cooked, I let it cool and also cut it into squares. I advise you not to grind it too much. It is better to make the pieces no smaller than a centimeter in size.
  3. When the base is ready, you can fill it. To do this, I lightly sprinkle salt and squeeze half a lemon into the salad bowl. By the way, who likes it sour, you can quantity lemon juice double the size. Then I water everything olive oil.
  4. I prefer not to mix such salads with a spoon, but rather use my hands. You should also not crush the food too much, otherwise the tomatoes will soften and turn out to be porridge.
