  • 500 ml of kefir;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1 tsp Sahara;
  • 1 tsp soda (without top);
  • flour as needed;
  • 3-4 potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • minced meat 300 grams;
  • vegetable oil.

I’ll make a reservation right away that instead of kefir, you can also use homemade yogurt. The dough for the jellied pie is prepared very simply. Mix mayonnaise with salt, sugar and eggs in a container, add kefir and soda. Beat with a mixer or whisk. Add flour so that the dough becomes similar to sour cream in consistency. Mix again.


Mince pie filling

As a meat component of the pie, you can choose not only minced meat, but also just meat. Pieces of chicken or pork (not very fatty) are great. I like to make the stuffing of such a minced beef pie the most. The filling can be put into the pie raw, but in this case, you need to increase the baking time. I prefer to put almost ready-made stuffing in the pie.

Peel onions and potatoes. Cut into thin circles, you can do it differently, the main thing is to thin, thin slices. First, fry the onion in a pan for three minutes, then add the minced meat to the onion and fry together for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Dip potatoes in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.   2. Throw salt, add butter. We stir.

  7. Mix everything thoroughly, remove from the stove and cool.
  8. We evenly stretch the potato dough inside the mold with a diameter of 22 cm. We raise the board with a height of 2.5-3 cm.
  9. In the prepared potato "basket" lay out the cooled minced meat with vegetables in an even layer.
  10. Fresh tomatoes cut into thin segments, evenly distributed over the meat mass.
  11. Three large straws of cheese, thickly fill the filling. We send the potato pie with minced meat to the preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

  • Wheat flour - 310 g.
  • Butter - 40 g.
  • Meat (whole piece) - 300 g.
  • Milk - 160 ml.
  • Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon;
  • Egg yolk - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 teaspoons;
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Potatoes - 5-7 pcs.
  1. Let's start with a test. Mix yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in warm milk. After 15 minutes, add melted butter, 0.5 teaspoon of salt and remaining sugar. Mix well and then in small portions start adding flour. Stir, then knead with your hands, so that in the end you get a homogeneous and elastic dough.
  2. This dough should be covered with a towel and left alone for the next 60 minutes.
  3. Cut the meat into small pieces, salt, pepper and mix with onion rings.
  4. Peel the potatoes, rinse with water and cut into small sticks or thin slices.
  5. Put two thirds of the dough volume into a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Then comes the meat layer. Cover the meat with potatoes.
  6. Roll out the remaining dough and lay it on top of the filling, pinching around the edges. Make a small hole in the center.
  7. Lubricate the cake with beaten egg yolk, turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
  8. We send the cake to the hot oven for 45 minutes, until it becomes appetizing and ruddy.

Open pie with meat and potatoes

This cake is remarkable not only appearance, but also with a special dough - it is potato! Delicious potato dough covered with minced meat, tomatoes and cheese.

If desired, potatoes can be added not only to the dough, but also to the filling in the form of mashed potatoes or small slices.

  • Butter (margarine) - 80 g.
  • Minced meat - 520 g.

  • Flour - 2.5 cups;
  • Butter - 210 g.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Water - 0.5 cups
  • Onions - 3 heads;
  • Fresh potatoes - 550 g.
  • Minced meat - 500 g.
  • Vinegar 9% - 2 teaspoons;
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon;
  1. Cut the chilled butter into cubes and grind with flour.
  2. In a glass of water, stir the egg, 0.5 teaspoon of salt and vinegar, and then pour into the flour. Mix until a dense homogeneous dough. It must be rolled into a ball, wrapped in polyethylene and put in the refrigerator for 50 minutes.

Want a quick pie? Then cook layered cake with meat and potatoes. In this recipe, we cook from store-bought puff pastry, which means that everything will go very simply and quickly.

  • Finished puff pastry- 500 g.
  • Meat (or minced meat) - 300 g.
  • Potato - 4 tubers;
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Salt and pepper - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;

Frozen puff pastry must be thawed first.

In the recipe, you can use both minced meat and lumpy meat. But we will describe for whole meat.

Cut the meat into pieces, mix with butter, chopped onion, 2-3 pinches of salt and pepper. Let it marinate while the dough thaws.

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices.

Roll out the dough and divide into two layers.

Lay the first layer on a baking sheet, which is pre-greased with oil. We lay the dough so that there are sides.

Now you need to lay out the meat. Put the potato layer over the meat.

Put the second layer of dough on top and pinch the edges.

In the center we make a couple of cuts with a knife or pierce several times with a fork.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees, bake the cake in it for 40 minutes.

  • Meat (pork, beef) - 600 g.
  • Sour cream - 410 g.
  • Butter - 250 g.
  • Flour - 700 g.
  • Onion - 3 pcs.
  • Potatoes - 3-6 pcs.
  • Baking powder - 2 teaspoons;
  • Salt - 2 teaspoons;
  • Various seasonings, spices to taste;
  1. Mix soft butter with sour cream (300 grams) and 1 teaspoon of salt.
  2. Combine flour with baking powder, then add to butter.
  3. Knead the dough well and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour or an hour.
  4. Wash the meat and cut into small pieces. Add finely chopped onion and salt. Transfer to a frying pan, add a couple of tablespoons of oil and fry until the meat becomes light (half-cooked).

Meat pie from batter with potatoes is a delicate texture and juicy filling!

Such a pie can be cooked both in the oven and in the slow cooker. If you want to bake it in a slow cooker, then turn on the baking mode, the baking time will be an average of an hour and a half. But here everything is individual and depends on the specific model of the multicooker.

The bulk dough is kneaded with mayonnaise and sour cream, which will give it splendor and a mild taste.

  1. Sour cream - 260 g.
  2. Mayonnaise - 260 g.
  3. Flour - 340 g.
  4. Eggs - 3 pcs.
  5. Soda - 1 teaspoon;
  6. Vinegar 9% or lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;
  7. Meat - 300-400 g.
  8. Potatoes - 3 pcs.
  9. Onion - 3 pcs.
  10. Salt and black pepper - 3 pinches each;
  1. Finely chop the meat, add chopped onion, a couple of pinches of salt and pepper to it.
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash and finely chop. Mix with meat.

This recipe is similar to the previous one, but the difference is that we put minced meat in the filling, and the dough itself is now on kefir and butter.

  1. Kefir - 500 ml.
  2. Minced meat - 300 g.
  3. Onion - 2 pcs.
  4. Butter - 150 g.
  5. Eggs - 3 pcs.
  6. Sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  7. Wheat flour - 2 cups;
  8. Potato - 300 g.
  9. Soda - 1 teaspoon;
  10. Salt - 0.5 tsp;
  11. Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons;
  1. First you need to fry the minced meat with onions in vegetable oil. A couple of pinches of salt, fry over medium heat until the meat is cooked, but do not overdry.
  2. Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. It can also be pre-fried in oil until cooked or half cooked.
  3. Whisk eggs with sugar and salt. Pour kefir, add soda.
  4. Add flour and continue mixing. Next comes the melted butter.
  5. Pour half of the dough into a greased mold. Lay out a layer of meat and potatoes. Pour the rest of the dough on top.
  6. We close in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

In almost all the proposed recipes, the filling consists of only two components, but nothing prevents you from adding something new to it!

  • How about cheese? With it, the filling will become not only a little viscous, but also fragrant.
  • And what if you add sour cream, cream to the filling, tomato paste(ketchup), mayonnaise, mustard? Choose your favorite sauce and flavor the filling with it! And the meat can be stewed in some of this beforehand.
