But we got distracted. In order to turn the pumpkin into a puree using a blender, you will need to cut it into small pieces - about 2-3 cm each. But here it is convenient to rub large pieces.
After we have the pumpkin puree ready, we need to add a little salt to it to taste and a chicken egg or two. You can add flour or starch, but I like pancakes "without everything" much better.

They are more delicate, airy, they just melt in the mouth. But turning them over is a little more difficult, they can fall apart if you do not fry them properly. Put the mixture in a skillet with a spoon. The vegetable oil should already be warmed up in the skillet. I prefer to use olive, I like the combination of pumpkin and oil scent.

The fire does not need to be made large, otherwise the pumpkin will not have time to cook. Fry until the crust is strong enough, and then turn over to the other side and fry until tender. These pancakes are good on their own; they don't need a sweet jam addition. The only thing that can be added to such pancakes is a little fresh thick sour cream.

I like salty pancakes more, and children like sweet ones, so sometimes I use another recipe. For him, you need to take the following products:

  • Pumpkin - about 400 grams of pumpkin puree;

  • Light raisins - zhmenya;
  • Flour - half a glass;

  • Orange zest - 3 pinches;
