Pour it carefully into a bowl of sautéed vegetables, then add a little vegetable oil, salt, add spices to taste and continue frying for high fire... The liver cooks quickly, so you need to fry no more than 3 minutes.

How to cook

  • Throw potatoes into the remaining oil from frying (if necessary, add more, the oil layer should be equal to 1 cm). Fry covered for 10 minutes. Add the liver with vegetables, stir and simmer, covered for another 5 minutes. Taste and then salt to taste.

The dish turns out to be clearly and abundantly meaty, well greased with a tasty orange sauce formed from butter, carrot, onion and liver juices. It is simple and inexpensive to cook, and after dinner you get the feeling that you are full. This is delicious food!
