  • 200 g mayonnaise "Provencal";
  • 200 g butter;
  • 1 egg;
  • 180 g of sugar;
  • 10 g vanilla sugar;

  • 455 g flour.

The list of products from which you can make cookies through a meat grinder will be as follows:

  • 1 egg;
  • 200 g of sugar;
  • 20 g mayonnaise;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 5 g baking powder;
  • 20 g of starch;
  • 320 g flour.

Baking process:

  1. Measure the required amount and sift together the flour, starch and baking powder. Mix these ingredients well.
  2. Grind creamy butter with sugar, then beat an egg into it and add mayonnaise. Rub until the mixture is homogeneous.
  3. Combine liquid and bulk components, knead a smooth, non-sticky dough. Roll it into a sausage, wrap it with cling film and put it in the freezer for two hours.
  4. From a well-chilled dough, form cookies by twisting the sausage through a meat grinder and cutting off the resulting noodles after 6-7 cm.

To prepare delicious cookies, based on margarine and mayonnaise, you will need to take:

  • 100 g of mayonnaise;
  • 100 g margarine;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 180 g of sugar;
  • 5 g of soda;
  • 390 g flour;
  • 50 g jam;
  • 50 g of powdered sugar;
  • 10 ml of milk;
  • 50 g crushed roasted peanuts.

Cooking method:

  1. Soft enough, but not liquid margarine mixed with mayonnaise. Beat eggs with sugar until all its grains are completely dissolved, mix with mayonnaise and butter.

  • 70 g mayonnaise;
  • 70 g butter;
  • 180 g of white crystalline sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • 5 g baking powder;
  • 340 g flour.

How to bake:

  1. Taking a mixer in hand, turn the mayonnaise and softened butter into a homogeneous creamy mass. Then add sugar to it and continue beating until the mass becomes smooth.
  2. Also, using a mixer, stir in the raw egg. Lastly, fold in the flour and baking powder. You should get a fairly plastic mass.

Ingredients:

  • mayonnaise - 200 g;
  • margarine - 200 g;
  • sugar - 2/3 st.;
  • flour - 3-4 tbsp.;
  • soda - 1/2 teaspoon.

Cooking

Grind margarine with sugar and add mayonnaise. We add soda to the mixture and begin to knead the dough, gradually adding the sifted flour. The dough on mayonnaise for cookies should turn out smooth and very soft, so as soon as it stops sticking to your hands, stop adding flour.

Now the base for our cookies should be cooled for at least half an hour, after which you can start rolling. First of all, a couple of hours before the start of cooking cookies, we put everything on the kitchen table. necessary products and let them warm up to room temperature. After that, we send softened butter, mayonnaise, sugar, chicken egg, cinnamon or vanilla sugar and baking soda slaked with table vinegar into a deep bowl. Using a mixer or blender, thoroughly beat these ingredients at high speed until a homogeneous consistency without lumps.
When the mixture resembles sour cream of medium density, we begin to sift wheat flour into it through a sieve with a fine mesh, while kneading the dough with a free, clean hand. We add gradually first 100 grams, then a little more. The amount may vary depending on the variety, grinding, as well as the quality of this ingredient, balancing between 300-350 and reaching up to 400 grams. The main thing is that the flour semi-finished product does not turn out to be too dense.

At first, the mixture will crumble into small pieces, but over time they will combine and end up with an elastic, non-sticky dough. We roll it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator. minimum 30-40 minutes, maximum 1 hour.

Step 2: we form shortbread cookies on mayonnaise.


After the required time has elapsed, preheat the oven to 185-190 degrees Celsius and cover the non-stick baking sheet with a sheet baking paper. Then sprinkle the countertop with a thin layer of sifted wheat flour and spread the infused dough on it, after removing the film from it. After that, using a rolling pin, roll out the flour semi-finished product into a layer with a thickness 5 to 7 millimeters if we want to get crispy cookies or 7 to 9 millimeters for lovers of delicate pastries.
Then we decide what shape to give to the dessert and, using a knife or special metal molds, cut out figures from the dough. It can be diamonds, ovals, circles, squares, rectangles, plants, animals, fish, birds, cartoon characters or something else.
Then carefully pry off the formed cookies with a metal kitchen spatula, put it on the prepared baking sheet, leaving between each 1–1.5 centimeters free space for growth, and sprinkle with granulated sugar.

Step 3: bake shortbread cookies with mayonnaise.


Now we check the temperature of the oven and, if it is warmed up, we place a baking sheet with cookies in it on the middle rack. It is a pity to throw away food, but there is simply no desire to eat them up. And somehow in one magazine I saw a very simple cookie recipe based on mayonnaise. And I decided to make it.

The dough of the finished cookies is a bit dense, i.e. it cannot be said that it melts in the mouth, but at the same time it is crumbly - that's a mystery!

The first taster of my dishes is my husband Slavik, and after he finished the first cookie, the verdict followed: “It tastes like something oat cookies. Grade 5". From his statement, I realized that the cookies are delicious and should be attributed to permanent, favorite recipes.

The composition of this cookie attracted me with its simplicity, and also with the fact that there are not always eggs in the house, and they are not needed in this recipe.

Some may be put off by too much margarine during cooking, but the taste of these cookies is worth it.

So let's start this amazing cooking process as soon as possible.

The original composition of the products.

As we see our future dish, it has a simple composition: sugar, flour, margarine, mayonnaise, soda, vanillin.

1. Mix the ingredients.

Pour the melted margarine into a bowl and add sugar to it. We mix everything.

Add mayonnaise to the mixed sugar-margarine mass, and mix everything again. Followed by soda and vanilla. Each newly added product must be mixed before each bookmark.

The final step in our technological process is the addition of sifted flour. Yes, it is sifted, because. when sifted, the flour is enriched with oxygen, which will allow our pastries to remain airy.

As you can see in the last photo, the dough turns out to be loose, and this is what you need. Somehow, on one of the days of cooking, I put more flour than the norm. As a result, the margarine was almost completely absorbed, but at the same time the cookies turned out to be very dense, one might say hard and not crumbly - I didn’t experiment with this recipe anymore. I stayed true to the original recipe.

2. We give the product the desired look.

After the dough is kneaded, leave it for 10 minutes, let it rest, and in the meantime, take out the baking sheet, turn on the oven and begin to form cookies.

I take a teaspoon, grab a heaped dough and roll it into a ball the size of a very small apple.

I place my koloboks on a cold baking sheet, while leaving a distance of 3 cm between them, because. when baking, they will begin to spread and they will need space.

I don’t grease the baking sheet with anything, because there is enough margarine in the dough, which will not allow the dough to stick to the base.

The size of my baking sheet is 35x35 cm and 16 koloboks are placed on it.

Once the baking sheet is filled, place it in the oven and bake cookies at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. If for some reason you have a bad voltage in the network, i.e. instead of the prescribed 220 W, for example 180 W, then the temperature must be set higher. Instead of 200 degrees 220, although if you often use your oven, then you already have an idea how to manage it.

After 10 minutes, the cookies have spread like this, now they will be baked until cooked.

Once the cookies are cooked, take them out of the oven and place them on paper towels, letting the excess margarine soak into the paper. In this position, leave the cookies until completely cooled, it takes me 30 minutes for this procedure.

In total, from this norm of dough, I get 24 delicious and fragrant cookies.
