You will need:

  • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • cheese - 40 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • half an onion;
  • sunflower oil - 40 ml;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Rinse the fillet before starting manipulations and cut into small pieces.
  2. Cheese (preferably a hard variety) grate with a fine grater and pour over the meat pieces.
  3. Peel the garlic cloves, wash, chop in any convenient way. Pour over the previous ingredients.
  4. Cut the onion, before washing it. Put in a pan greased with sunflower oil. Fry until golden brown.
  5. Add the fried product to the chicken, grated cheese and garlic. Break eggs here. Add salt and pepper to taste and add flour.
  6. Mix together all the ingredients, add a little greens to taste.
  7. Spoon into hot skillet and fry on each side until browned.
  8. Transfer the finished dish to a plate. Serve with potatoes, pasta or any other side dish.

  • chicken breast - 1 pc.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • White bread;
  • butter;
  • pepper and salt to taste.

  1. Cut the fillet into thin pieces (1.5 cm). It will be easier if the meat is in a frozen form.
  2. Mix flour, salt and ground coriander. Beat two eggs with a fork.
  3. Spread vegetable oil on a baking sheet and bread the meat - for this, each of the pieces is immersed in flour, then in beaten eggs and again in flour.
  4. Spread the pieces evenly on a baking sheet. Place it in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve with any side dish you like.

You will need:

  • minced chicken - 400 g;
  • pepper - a pinch;
  • salt to taste;
  • vegetable oil;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • turmeric - a pinch;
  • breadcrumbs for breading - 70 g.

  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Mix the mass well so that the minced meat becomes more viscous and the schnitzels do not fall apart.
