1. We heat the oven to 190 C. Break the cookies, put them in a bag and grind them into crumbs using a rolling pin. Mix the crumbs with melted butter and a quarter cup of granulated sugar.

2. We spread the resulting mass in a baking dish, distribute it along the bottom and walls, tamping well. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for seven minutes. Take it out and let it cool completely.

3. Separate the proteins from the yolks and place them in different dishes.

4. Pour the flour into a saucepan and mix it with salt and sugar. Slowly add the milk to the flour and beat with a whisk until smooth. We send the mixture to the fire and bring to a boil, keep on low heat until it thickens. Cool down completely.

5. Beat the yolks and pour the cooled milk mixture into them. Stir and pour back into the saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring it to a boil again and cook until pudding. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.

1. Break the cookies into pieces, put them in the bowl of the combine, add the almonds and grind into flour. Put the pieces of chocolate in a bowl, add the butter and melt in the microwave or in a water bath. Pour into dry mixture. Add rum and mix well. We shift the base into a detachable form and distribute along the bottom and walls, tamping tightly. We send the form to the refrigerator.

2. Soak gelatin in 100 ml of water and leave to swell. We clean two bananas, break them and put them on a plate. Mash it with a fork into a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese with half the sugar and vanilla. Add the banana pulp to the curd and mix well. Heat the gelatin until it dissolves and set aside. Whip the cream with the remaining sugar until stiff. We shift them into the banana-curd mixture, add the melted gelatin and mix gently until smooth. The resulting cream is poured onto the base and put in the refrigerator for several hours.

3. Soak the gelatin. We heat the cream and dissolve the gelatin in them, without bringing to a boil. Add a piece of chocolate and keep on minimum heat until it grows. Constantly stir the mixture. Drizzle the cake with icing and put it back in the fridge. After a few hours, take out, remove the form, cut into portions and serve with tea or coffee.

For this dessert, instead of sugar, it is better to take powder, it dissolves faster, and sugar crystals will not come across in the filling.
