So, excuse me generously, I will cook pasta without this component.

To make pasta, I need

  • Large pasta - 200g.
  • Minced meat - 500 gr.
  • Bow -2 pcs.
  • Tomato -2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 large
  • Garlic -3-4 cloves
  • Sour cream -2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt, pepper, herbs

All the sauce is ready, pour the sauce on top of the pasta. So that the pasta would be hidden under the sauce, if there is not enough of it, the tops of the pasta will become stale. If necessary, you can add water.

I send the pan to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes. Cook cannelloni until half cooked. Peel the tomatoes, cut into cubes and simmer in vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper, add sugar and basil. Cut ham and mozzarella into cubes, mix with melted cheese, beaten egg and spices. Fill the cannelloni with this mass. For the stuffed pasta, prepare a greased baking dish in which to put them, pour the tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake the stuffed pasta in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Pour plain cold water into a medium saucepan so that it is half full of the container. Now we put everything on big fire and cover with a lid. This must be done in order for the liquid to boil faster. Immediately after that, pour a little salt here and mix thoroughly with a tablespoon. Next, carefully put the shells pasta in a saucepan and wait for the water to boil again. Attention: from time to time we stir the contents of the container with the available inventory so that the components do not stick together. Boil pasta for 5 minutes and then turn off the hotplate.

Using oven mitts, hold the pan and pour the water and ingredients through a colander into the sink. We lightly rinse the pasta under running liquid from the tap so that they do not stick together (after all, at this stage of cooking, we do not add oil). We leave the shells aside, and in the meantime, we will complete the preparation of the ingredients.

Step 5: prepare the Parmesan cheese.


Using a coarse grater, grind the cheese directly on the cutting board. Pour the finished shavings into a clean plate and leave aside for now.

Step 6: prepare the Bechamel sauce.


Put a piece of butter in a frying pan and put on a low heat.

When the component is completely melted, sift the flour here through a strainer. Attention: in parallel with this, we mix everything with a wooden spatula or a hand whisk so that no lumps form. Across a minute the mass should become thick and homogeneous.

Next, pour the milk into the pan in a thin stream, continuing to beat everything with the improvised inventory. At the end, pour into a container nutmeg and mix everything well again. We should have a smooth, viscous sauce of a delicate beige color.

Put the shells with the meat mixture on top. At the end, pour over everything with the remaining Bechamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese shavings. Sprinkle everything with the remaining olive oil and we can turn on the oven.

When it warms up to temperature 180 ° C, put in it a form with a dish on the middle tier. We bake everything for 10-15 minutes until golden brown appears on the surface golden brown... At the end, turn off the oven, and take out the container with the help of kitchen potholders and set it aside.

Prepare the tomato sauce. To do this, finely chop the onion and garlic. Send them to a skillet and sauté over medium heat until transparent.

Then pour in tomato juice, add a little salt and simmer until thickened (about 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the juice). If the tomato juice is very sour, then you can add 1 tbsp. Sahara.
