Turkey boiled pork in a slow cooker

It is a mistake to believe that turkey meat loses its juiciness and becomes very dry when baked. At correct preparation in a slow cooker, you can achieve perfect juiciness and wonderful taste. Let's try to cook turkey pork, which will turn out to be absolutely low-fat and suitable both for serving for lunch and for breakfast.

Ingredients for cooking:

  • turkey - 1 kg;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • salt, pepper, coriander, paprika and dried tomatoes - 1 pinch each.

Cooking turkey pork in a slow cooker:

  1. First, prepare the turkey fillet: rinse it, dry it with a paper towel, then make small cuts across the entire surface with a knife.
  2. Combine salt, pepper and other dry spices in a separate container. Other favorite spices can be used if desired. Add a few drops of olive oil to the dry spice mixture.
  3. Peel three cloves of garlic and pass through a crusher. Add to spices. Cut the remaining 2 cloves into cubes and stuff the turkey with them.
  4. With the prepared spices, grate the meat well on all sides and send it to the sleeve for baking. Tie the bag tightly so that not a drop of juice comes out during baking. Let the meat marinate for half an hour.
  5. Put the workpiece on the bottom of the multicooker bowl, and turn on the "Stew" mode. Close the lid of the appliance and let the boiled pork bake for 1.5 hours. You can pour 1 glass of water into the bowl, this will not be a mistake. If the piece of meat is larger than 1kg, then extend the cooking time by another 30 minutes.
  6. After the multicooker notifies you of the end of work with a sound signal, turn it off and leave the boiled pork under the closed lid to lie down for another 20 minutes. Then take out the bag, carefully open it and cut the turkey pork into portions.
    Serve with creamy sauce and vegetables.
