Ingredients: full glass of semolina, liter cow's milk, 2 chicken eggs, 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar, a piece of quality butter, a little fine salt, berries and nuts for decoration.

  1. To begin with, the basis of the future delicacy is being prepared. It will become thick semolina porridge. It is cooked on a stove with milk and cereals. You can also prepare the base in the Milk Porridge program of the device.
  2. When the milk boils, dry ingredients are added to it. The groats are poured in a very thin stream, while constantly stirring the ingredients. This will prevent the formation of lumps.
  3. The finished porridge cools down, but at the same time it should remain warm. Eggs are driven into the mass, oil is added. You can immediately add finely chopped fruits or your favorite berries.
  4. The resulting mixture is then poured into a thinly oiled bowl of the smart pan.
  5. In a program designed for baking, semolina pudding is cooked in a multicooker for about half an hour.

Before serving, the treat is cooled right in the bowl. After that, it is cut, sprinkled with any chopped nuts and served to the table.

Cottage cheese and semolina pudding

Ingredients: 240 g crumbly curd, 1 tbsp. spoon (with a hill) semolina, 25-35 g butter, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar, a large egg, a handful of light raisins, a pinch of table salt.

  1. First of all, the cereal is poured into a cup and poured with boiling water. 2/3 cup of liquid will be enough. It is very important that the semolina does not turn out too liquid. Otherwise, you will have to bring the mass to the desired consistency. wheat flour, which will deprive the pudding of airiness and tenderness.
  2. After stirring the semolina in boiling water, it should stand until it swells.
  3. In a separate container, washed raisins are also poured with boiling water.
  4. The yolk is beaten with granulated sugar. Instead of the usual sugar, you can take a substitute for it and thus get a truly dietary treat.
  5. Cottage cheese is added to the sweet yolk, melted butter is poured into the same. The ingredients are well mixed.
  6. Raisins and swollen cereals, slightly dried on a towel, are laid out at the base.
  7. Remaining egg white beat with a little salt (until soft peaks appear). With a wide spatula, the protein interferes with the "dough".

It remains to put the mass in a mold and bake for about half an hour in a well-preheated oven.

Original tricolor dessert

  5. In a water bath, the pudding is cooked for about an hour.

Before serving, the treat is cut into portions and poured with condensed milk.

Chocolate delicacy

Ingredients: half a liter of milk, 90 g of semolina, 20-25 g of butter, granulated sugar to taste, a pinch of vanilla sugar, 80 g of dark chocolate, 1 tbsp. spoon of brandy.

  4. The cooled mass is transferred to a silicone mold slightly moistened with water.

The pudding is garnished with the remaining grated chocolate and left to freeze in the cold for about an hour.
