It's much easier to make sweets. If you have such an assistant, then the whole process goes much faster. The machine will knead the dough and cook it on its own.

You will need the following components:

  • flour - 2 cups (about 400 grams);
  • a third of a glass of milk;
  • butter - 3 tablespoons (tablespoons);
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • dry yeast - 1 sachet (11 grams);
  • sugar - 30 grams;
  • salt - 5 grams;
  • crumbly sesame seeds.

Cooking process:

  1. Melt butter at room temperature. Leave the indicated amount for 15 minutes for optimum consistency.
  2. Place the following ingredients in the dough bowl: flour, salt and sugar, yeast and butter, one egg and milk.
  3. Set the "Dough" mode and time for 1-2 hours on the device. Wait for the cooking process to complete and remove the sticky mass.
  4. Divide the volume into several portions with your hands and place them on a baking sheet. Brush the surface of the dough with a pre-beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. If you want, then you need to make them smaller, if you want to collect a hamburger, make large portions.
  5. Place the rolls in a bread maker that is already set to bun mode. The processing time will be about 15 minutes, and the temperature will be 200 degrees.

This option for making sweet sesame buns involves pre-diluting the yeast. Therefore, you can purchase a packaged product, and not a lump.

You will need:

  • a full glass of low-fat milk;
  • a teaspoon of packaged yeast;
  • 10 gram icing sugar or sand;
  • 2 large spoons of vegetable oil;
  • a glass of wheat flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • sesame.

Cooking algorithm:

  1. Take a deep, clean container. Pour in room temperature milk. Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
  2. Put the specified amount of yeast in the sweet liquid, and then remove the workpiece in a warm place for 15 minutes. All content should double in size. Check the dough periodically and crush it with your hands if necessary.
  3. Pour flour into the yeast mass and add vegetable oil. Knead the dough with your hands.
  4. Leave the mixture in a warm place for an hour and a half. After this time, the dough will have double the volume.
  5. Mash the mixture on a clean surface and form into buns.
  6. Beat an egg in a separate container and add sesame seeds to it. Spread the mixture on the meatballs.
  7. Bake the product at 180 degrees and convection mode for half an hour.

Lean sesame buns

If you are fasting, then this is not a reason to deny yourself a treat. Sesame buns can be made without animal products. Eliminate milk and eggs and add other ingredients in their place.

You need:

  • 300 milliliters of warm water;
  • 300 grams of flour;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 3 spoons vegetable oil;
  • 5-8 grams of yeast (dry);
  • sesame crumb.

How to cook:

  1. Pour the sifted flour into a bowl. Add salt and sugar, add yeast.
  2. Make a small indentation in the center of the resulting mixture and pour in the water in a thin stream. Add vegetable oil here.
  3. Knead the dough. The sticky mass should stick to your hands a little: don't make the dough too steep.
  4. Place the blank in a plastic bag and remove under a towel for 40 minutes.

  • a pack of margarine (200 grams);
  • flour in the amount of 2.5 cups;
  • cold water - 1 glass;
  • salt to taste;
  • one egg;
  • sesame.

How to cook:

  1. Place half a cup of flour in a bowl. Place the softened margarine there. Stir the ingredients.
  2. Pour 2 cups flour into another bowl, add salt. Beat the egg with water until you get homogeneous mass and pour in there too. If you are using a blender, you can mix the ingredients at the same time; if a whisk, the egg is first beaten and only then it is added to the water.
  3. Knead your tests. Roll out a small square 2-3 centimeters thick.
  4. Put a margarine blank in the middle, press it down, forming a cake.
  5. Roll an envelope out of the dough and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  15. The dough that has fitted well is ready to be cut. During this time, it will increase in volume by 2.5-3 times.
  16. Put soft loose dough on the table, it will make chic wicker products.
  17. Divide it into 4 parts. If you want smaller pieces, divide them into 6 or 8 pieces.

For convenience, it is recommended to knead the bun dough already on the table, first sprinkle it with flour. After kneading, the cooked yeast dough leave in a warm place for 35-40 minutes. Time is needed for the dough to "rest" and increase in volume due to the reaction of the yeast.

After the time has passed, divide the dough into equal pieces. Form koloboks out of them. Cover the baking tray with parchment, grease the paper with margarine on top. Put the prepared balls of dough on parchment, cover with a towel, put in heat for 20 minutes.

Whisk the remaining egg. Egg mixture gently grease the top of the koloboks - buns.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on each bun.

Carefully so that the risen buns do not fall, place the baking sheet with the products in the preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
