  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Mushrooms (frozen) - 300 g
  • Sour cream - 400 g
  • Flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground pepper - to taste
  • Dried herbs (dill, parsley) - to taste

Cooking:

  1. Wash the meat and cut into strips.
  2. Heat a little oil in a deep frying pan and add the meat. Fry the meat for big fire with constant stirring until all the pieces turn white, so that the juice is sealed inside.
  3. After the meat turns white, reduce the fire to a minimum, pour 1/2 cup of boiled water into the pan, cover the pan with a lid and leave the meat to stew for 40 minutes. If the water evaporates quickly, add more water.
  4. While meat is simmering, prepare creamy mushroom sauce. Peel and cut the onion small cubes. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a saucepan and add the onion. Sauté the onion over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. The onion should be golden in color.
  5. After the onion is fried, put the frozen champignons into the pan and mix them with the onion. Mushrooms do not need to be thawed first.
