I offer you a wonderful everyday dish - minced turkey cutlets. Such cutlets will diversify your home menu and will be a good addition to various side dishes. Minced turkey cutlets are quite a budget dish, and it is not at all difficult to cook it. If desired, cutlets can be breaded in flour or breadcrumbs, but I prefer cutlets without breading.

To prepare minced turkey cutlets in a pan, prepare all the products on the list.

Cut off the crust of the bread and pour milk over the crumb.

Put the minced turkey in a deep bowl, add salt, pepper, seasoning, mustard, chop the onion and garlic.

Then squeeze the bread crumb, add it to the minced meat and mix. Beat the minced meat several times in a bowl.

Heat up in a frying pan sunflower oil. Shape into patties and place them in the pan.

When one side is browned, turn the patties over and fry the other side.

Serve delicious minced turkey cutlets to the table with any side dish. Very tasty with pasta.

The turkey fillet, selected for cutlets from the turkey breast, should be cleaned from films. Then cut into medium-sized pieces, such that they will freely pass into the meat grinder hole.

Now you can form cutlets. We start with wet hands so that the minced meat does not stick, sculpt oval-shaped meatballs (or the one you are used to).
Roll them in ground breadcrumbs.


By the way, you can add some flavor and color note to the ground crackers if you wish - paprika, for example. The crust in such cutlets will turn out with a beautiful reddish color. And you can add dried herbs (dill, parsley ...) - here we will get the corresponding color. In general, you can always experiment in the kitchen, so as not to be bored ...


Fry turkey cutlets in a frying pan well heated with vegetable oil, over low heat, on both sides until a beautiful ruddy color. I think 3-4 minutes will be enough.

  • 0.25 kg of minced turkey meat;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • 150 g spinach;
  • onion head;
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg;
  • 2 tbsp. l. wheat flour;
  • salt and ground allspice to taste;
  • 1 st. l. olive refined oil.

Delicious minced turkey cutlets are made with the addition of cheese. Choose a product durum varieties. During the heat treatment, the cheese will melt and give the turkey cutlets a unique taste and aroma.

On a note! Cheese can be replaced with butter and dill. Combine these ingredients and freeze, then use as a filling.

  • 100 g of hard cheese;

  • 0.8 kg turkey fillet;
  • 4 tbsp. l. sour cream with a fat concentration of not more than 20%;
  • 2 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs for breading;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • 2 pcs. sweet bell peppers;
  • bunch of parsley;
  • 3 pcs. ripe tomatoes;
  • to taste salt, ground nutmeg, pepper;
  • 3 pcs. garlic cloves.

As already mentioned, the turkey is one of the low-calorie varieties meat. It contains a huge amount of protein, useful micro and macro elements. If you are a supporter proper nutrition, steam the minced turkey cutlets. Such a dish turns out to be juicy, nutritious, and most importantly, healthy.

On a note! You can cook cutlets in a double boiler or slow cooker. If you do not have such a kitchen gadget, take a pot of water, put a piece of gauze on top and steam the cutlets under the lid.

  • turkey fillet - 0.6 kg;
  • 0.3 kg of pumpkin;
  • oat flakes- 0.1 kg;

Cooking:

  1. Remove the skin from the turkey fillet or thigh.

  3. We peel the pumpkin. We clean the seeds.

  5. Together with the pumpkin pulp, we twist the onion.
  6. We combine all the ingredients and knead until a mass of a homogeneous consistency is formed.
  7. Add oatmeal and mix again.
  8. We keep the minced meat in the refrigerator for about half an hour, and then we sculpt cutlets.
  9. Put them on a grate greased with oil.
  10. Steam for about 30-40 minutes.
  11. We serve cutlets to the table hot with a low-fat useful side dish.

To the minced turkey (you can buy it ready-made or twist the turkey meat at home in a meat grinder), add the onion scrolled through the meat grinder and White bread soaked in milk. Bread is poured with milk and squeezed out of excess moisture. So we got the preparation of minced meat for delicious cutlets.




Add soft butter at room temperature and mix it together with minced meat.




Finely chop fresh herbs and add to minced meat. Also salt and pepper to taste. You can use any greens, we took dill sprigs.

Place a frying pan with oil on the stove to heat up. In the meantime, start shaping the cutlets. Turn on the tap cold water. Dip clean hands in water and pinch off a piece of minced meat - minced meat will not stick to wet cold hands. Roll the ball in your hands and give it a slightly flattened shape. Lay on hot pan. When you notice that the bottom side has already browned, turn the patties over to the other side, wielding a spatula or two forks.
