On a cutting board, beat the pork pieces one by one with a chop hammer. Sprinkle the chopped piece of pork with a little salt.

Put mayonnaise on it.

We offer next recipe, a little faster. We will need: minced meat - 0.5 kg, three chicken eggs, milk - 250 ml, one onion, one carrot, spices, salt. Add minced onion, finely chopped, loaf soaked in milk, egg, spices and salt. Well knead everything.
