Ingredients for cooking:

  • base: 100 g chicken fillet, meat, liver or steamed pike perch
  • 30 g dry white bread
  • milk
  • 1 egg
  • butter or vegetable oil

Step by step pudding recipe for kids :

  1. Soak a dry roll in milk.
  2. We pass the base (meat, fish or liver) together with the roll through a meat grinder twice, and then rub through a sieve, add lightly salt.
  3. We dilute the resulting mass with milk until the thickness of the gruel is thick, add the raw yolk and the protein whipped tightly into the foam. Mix gently from bottom to top so as not to crush the proteins.
  4. We spread the mass in an aluminum, ceramic or enamel container, abundantly oiled.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the mass in a mug and cover with an oiled paper circle.
  6. We lower the container into a saucepan filled to half the height of the mug with boiling water.
  7. Cover the saucepan with a lid and place on the stove for about 40-45 minutes.

Delicious and healthy breakfast cooking is very simple. To do this, you just need to cook a thick rice porridge, conjure a little more over it and get a sweet and hearty rice pudding as a result.

Rice Pudding for Kids - Step by Step Recipe with Photos

Prepare according to the list necessary products for a rice casserole.
In a thick-walled saucepan (or saucepan), melt the butter, and then add the washed and dried cereal to it and simmer them over low heat for literally 2-3 minutes. The rice should then become translucent.

Pour warm milk into a saucepan for the rice and cook the rice porridge over low heat for about 20 minutes after boiling.

Slightly cooled, remove the pudding from the mold and, putting it on a dish or in portioned plates, sprinkle generously icing sugar... 1. Creamy pudding

Ingredients:

  • sour cream 20% fat - 200 gr.
  • chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 0.5 cups
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • vanillin - a pinch
  • lemon (or rather, its zest)
  • butter - 1 tablespoon

First you need to remove the zest from half of the lemon.

Break eggs into a bowl and add sugar.

Beat with a mixer so that the sugar dissolves and the mass increases in volume - this will take about 5-7 minutes.

Into sweet egg mixture add sour cream, flour and vanillin (you can use vanilla sugar instead).

Add lemon zest and mix thoroughly.

It is good to cook and serve such pudding in portions, - baking tins, greased butter, fill with the resulting mass (you can safely fill to the top, since the pudding will not rise much during the baking process).

Place in a suitable large mold, fill it with water so that it reaches up to 1/3 of the mold height. Bake in already preheated to 200 gr. oven for about 20-25 minutes. Cool the finished creamy pudding and serve, sprinkle with jam or jam.

2. Peach pudding

Ingredients:

  • Butter - 120 g,
  • flour top grade- 120 g,
  • granulated sugar - 370 g,
  • chicken egg - 6-7 pcs.,
  • ground almonds - 70 g
  • peaches - 600 g,
  • milk - 320 g,
  • biscuit - 50 g,
  • vanillin,
  • salt.

Preparation:

Combine milk, vanillin, butter and salt. Stir food and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Pour flour into the boiling mixture.

Cool the finished mass, add egg yolks and 110 g of sugar. Mix everything well.

Whisk the whites and 70 g of sugar into a thick foam and mix with the rest.

Grease a baking dish with butter, put ½ part of the dough in it, sprinkle with almonds, grated biscuit on top and shift with peach slices. Place the rest of the dough on top.

Steam the sweet item for 40 minutes.

Boil the syrup from the remaining sugar and 300 g of water. Add some peaches to it. It will be a great gravy for ready-made pudding.

3. Oatmeal pudding

  • whole grain flakes of several types - 4 tablespoons
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • milk - 4 tablespoons
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • raisins - 2 tablespoons
  • apple - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1/2 pc.
  • vegetable oil - 1 tsp

Before you start cooking the pudding, you need to turn on and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Pour boiling water over the raisins and flakes (for flakes, take such an amount of water to make a thick porridge).

Cut the apple into small cubes, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Drain the raisins and add to the cereal together with the chopped apple and carrots.

Now this "porridge" needs to be mixed with flour, milk and egg yolk.

Beat the protein with a mixer until firm foam and gently add to the prepared mixture.

Grease the baking dishes vegetable oil and fill with the resulting mass.

Send to the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes. Whole-grain cereal pudding for your baby is ready!

Before serving the children, cool the pudding and pour over the jam.

This recipe uses several types of flakes, but you can safely cook pudding just from oatmeal. You can add any fruit, pumpkin and sweet berries are also good.

4. Semolina pudding for children

Ingredients:

  • milk - 400 ml.
  • semolina - 4-5 tablespoons
  • water - 200 ml.
  • butter - 2 tablespoons
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • egg - 2 pcs.
  • honey - 2 tablespoons
  • cinnamon - a pinch
  • raspberries - 100 gr.
  • starch - 10 gr.

In a saucepan, combine honey and cinnamon until smooth. Heat the mixture over low heat, but do not bring to a boil. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Pour water into the milk and bring everything to a boil. Then pour into milk semolina mixed with sugar in a thin stream. Stirring constantly, cook semolina for 20 minutes. Do not stop stirring the porridge, otherwise it will burn!

Whisk or use a blender to beat eggs, butter and honey-cinnamon mixture until smooth.

Ready semolina pour in the resulting mixture and mix again.

Grease the molds with butter and fill them with ready-made semolina pudding. Put the filled molds in the refrigerator until hardening for 2 hours.

Ready-made pudding can be poured with berry sauce directly in the mold, or you can tip the pudding onto a plate.

For making berry sauce for semolina pudding pour raspberries 1 tbsp. water and bring the compote to a boil, and then pour in the starch, diluted in 1 tbsp. water and thicken the mixture.

Semolina pudding for children with berry sauce is ready!

5. Pumpkin pudding

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • pumpkin (weight without peel and pulp) - 300 gr.
  • milk - 100 ml.
  • semolina - 1 tablespoon
  • granulated sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 0.25 tsp
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • butter and semolina for preparing molds for baking.

Wash the pumpkin, cut off the necessary part. Peel the pumpkin and remove the pulp, cut into small pieces of any shape.

Boil milk in a small saucepan, put prepared pumpkin pieces there.

Boil the pumpkin over low heat until completely softened for about 15-20 minutes.

Purée the pumpkin with the milk using a hand blender or rub through a sieve.

Put in a saucepan with pumpkin puree semolina, granulated sugar and salt. Mix well.

Put a saucepan with pumpkin puree on the fire, bring to a boil and cook on small fire until semolina is ready for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the mashed potatoes from heat and cool.

Wash up egg... Separate the white from the yolk. Put the yolk in the cooled pumpkin puree and grind thoroughly.

Place the protein in a clean, spacious container and beat well with a whisk.

Add the whipped protein to a saucepan with pumpkin puree and mix gently with movements from bottom to top, trying to keep the mass airy.

Grease the baking dishes with butter and sprinkle with semolina.

Put the pumpkin mass for pudding into prepared molds. Put the molds with pumpkin pudding in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove the finished pudding from the oven and let it cool until warm before serving.

6. Rice pudding for kids

Ingredients:

  • rice groats - 5 tbsp. spoons
  • apple - 1 pc.
  • milk - 1 glass
  • egg -1 pc.
  • butter - 1 tsp
  • sugar

Rinse the rice well until the water becomes clear. Then pour the rice into a saucepan, pour cold water and put on medium heat.

When the cereal is ready, pour in the milk.

Then add sugar and salt.

Cook porridge until tender. It should be thick enough.

While the rice is boiling, you need to separate the white from the yolk, add sugar to the yolk. Mix everything thoroughly.

Peel and grate the apple.

When the porridge is ready, add the apple and yolk.

Mix rice with apples well.

Beat the protein until fluffy white foam.

Add protein to the rice mixture.

Mix gently.

Grease a baking dish with oil.

Transfer the rice mixture to a mold and place in a double boiler or oven.

Bake the rice pudding in the oven for twenty minutes.

If you are cooking rice pudding in an airfryer, the cooking time will be ten minutes, at the same temperature, with a low fan speed.

Then you need to get the pudding out of the mold, cool a little and serve it to the table.

7. Liver pudding

Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 0.5 kg.
  • milk - 0.5 l.
  • egg (protein) - 1 pc.
  • butter - 50 gr.
  • salt to taste
  • dill greens - bunch
  • parsley - bunch
  • white crackers - 50 gr.

Put the liver in a saucepan, cover with water.

Put the pan on the fire and boil the liver until tender, adding a little salt to the water.

It takes about 30 minutes to cook the liver.

Rub the finished liver through a sieve, or grind with a blender.

Pour the milk into a bowl or saucepan and soak the rusks in it.

Beat the egg white.

Then gradually add grated liver, milk with breadcrumbs into the egg mass.

Stir in softened butter, then add chopped dill and parsley.

Preheat the oven to 170 - 180 degrees.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.

Put the resulting mixture in a mold and place it in the oven.

Bake the liver pudding for 10 minutes.

8. Carrot pudding

Ingredients:

  • carrots - 4 pcs.
  • milk - 100g.
  • butter - 70 gr.
  • sugar - 70 gr.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • semolina - 3 tablespoons
  • breadcrumbs-50 gr.
  • vegetable oil - 50 gr.

Preparation:

Peel and grate the carrots. Take a large frying pan, heat it up, drip a little vegetable oil, put carrots, add milk and butter, simmer. Add sugar to the carrots and simmer a little more. Then gradually add semolina and simmer until the mass thickens. Remove frying pan from heat and set to cool.

Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. When the carrot mass has cooled, add the yolks and whites whipped into a thick foam.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the carrot mass in it and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes. at t = 180-200 gr.

Serve with sour cream or milk sauce.

Required Ingredients

  • rice - 35-40 grams;
  • water - 100 ml;
  • 1 medium apple;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • sugar (optional) - 10 grams;
  • butter - 5 grams.

Cooking sequence

  • Boil the prepared rice in water.

  • Add milk and half of sugar to cooked rice.

  • Boil the porridge until it is smudged, it should be viscous and rather thick.
  • Separate the white from the yolk.

  • Whisk the protein until stiff.

  • Mix the yolk with the rest of the sugar.
  • Peel and grate the apple.

  • Pour the yolk, grated with sugar, and the grated apple into the finished milk rice porridge.

  • Stir.
  • Stir in the whipped egg whites gently.
  • Place the mixture in a greased steamer dish.

  • Cook for 20 minutes.

Rice pudding can also be cooked in a multicooker on the "bake" mode. For children from one and a half years old, pudding can be baked in the oven until golden brown.
