Silver carp stewed with vegetables in a slow cooker. Recipe for tender silver carp under a fur coat

Fish with vegetables already sounds delicious, and steamed fish with vegetables is also very healthy. I suggest preparing large silver carp steaks with potatoes, carrots, broccoli and bell peppers in a slow cooker or double boiler. You will significantly save your time by cooking both fish and a side dish at the same time. Instead of silver carp, you can take absolutely any fish :)

To cook steamed fish with vegetables, take two portions of silver carp steaks, seasoning for fish (my seasoning includes mustard in grains, rosemary, garlic, sea salt, white pepper, thyme, lemon zest), potatoes, carrots, broccoli, Bell pepper, salt, olive oil.

Put the silver carp steaks in the tray of a multicooker for steaming, sprinkle each piece of fish with fish seasoning. I have seasonings in the mill, which is included in the composition, I wrote above. You can choose your favorite fish spices and seasonings, or stick with salt alone. Do not forget to pour water into the saucepan of the multicooker, since we will cook the fish and vegetables just for a couple. Prepare all vegetables: rinse, peel, cut.

Place slices of potatoes and carrots in empty spaces.

Arrange broccoli (or cauliflower) inflorescences on top and large pieces pulp of sweet pepper.

Season the vegetables with salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Cook silver carp with vegetables for 25 minutes (Steam program).

Serve the fish and vegetables as soon as cooking is complete, that is, hot. When cold, both fish and vegetables will be less tasty.

Enjoy your meal!!!

Steamed tender silver carp with cheese

Recipe for a multicooker or steamer

Ingredients:

  • Silver carp - 2 steaks (1 kg.) - you can use any amount of fish.
  • Bulb onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves.
  • Sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Cheese - 100 gr.
  • Salt, black pepper - to taste.

How to cook silver carp:

I bought the fish in the market, already peeled and cut into steaks.

I cooked silver carp steaks in a 4.5-liter Panasonic 18 multicooker. You can use a larger steamer - if cooking large quantity fishes.

Thoroughly rinse the fish with water, put in a plate, salt and pepper to taste (you can immediately cut the onion into half rings, salt and add to the silver carp) and leave to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Mix sour cream for the sauce with grated garlic, three cheese on a grater or cut into slices.
When the time is up, pickled silver carp is put into a basket - a double boiler from a multicooker (as in my photo) or into a compartment of a regular double boiler.

Put thinly chopped onions on top of the fish, grease with sour cream mixed with squeezed garlic.

We send our tray to the multicooker, which I had already turned on in advance while I was engaged in fish. I added 5 multi-glasses of water to the multicooker bowl and chose the STEAM BOILING mode. The cooking time for fish on this program will start counting from the moment the water boils in the multicooker bowl (my water was cold, and it took about 15 minutes before it began to steam).

We keep the silver carp for 20 minutes in a slow cooker, then open the lid ( careful, hot steam!), put sliced on top hard cheese and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Therefore, the cooking time can be selected twice (first 20, then 5 minutes) or 30 minutes at once (taking into account that you will open the lid and some of the steam will go away).

When the time is up steamed fish under the "fur coat" we take it out gently (using a spatula) onto a dish and serve it to the table.

For my husband, I served silver carp with fried potatoes.

Decorate a fish dish can be greens, I stole ooze with pickled cucumbers.

Steamed silver carp turned out to be very tasty and tender. It just melted in my mouth.

Bon appetit, the Notebook site wishes!
