Description: Peel the zucchini, grate on a coarse grater, drain the liquid. Finely chop the greens. Whisk the eggs a little.
In a large bowl, mix together zucchini, greens, eggs. Add salt, pepper to taste. Gradually stir in the flour. The dough should have the consistency of pancakes.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (it is better to cook in a frying pan with a diameter of 15-20 cm, so that it would be easier to turn over zucchini pancake).
Spread the dough with a large spoon, quickly distributing it over the entire surface of the pan (they will not spread like pancakes, zucchini hold their shape). Pancake should be no more than 0.5-0.7 cm thick. Fry over medium heat, you can cover (!) With a lid so that the middle is better fried.
Remove the pancake from the pan to a paper towel (to absorb excess fat).
While all the pancakes are cooling, prepare a “layer”: mix mayonnaise with chopped garlic, cut the tomatoes into thin circles (or arbitrarily).
Spread the “cake” in layers: zucchini pancake, grease with mayonnaise, put tomatoes, pancake again on top, etc.
Decorate with tomatoes and herbs.
Leave to soak the layers for 30-40 minutes (longer if possible).
It turns out very tasty, tender, in general, beauty!
Bon Appetit!

Wow, what a beauty! It makes me want to eat it 🙂

Suddenly! I'm used to classic pancakes either with meat or with jam, and here such interesting stuffing. I never thought about trying something else. I always thought that pancakes are simple and primitive. Now I will definitely change my view on pancakes! I will definitely try to make these regular pancakes!

As Daria writes, we are all used to ordinary pancakes with meat, cottage cheese, apples. Such pancakes can be safely called snack bars, spicy and spicy, for the festive table, that's it, and in order to at least slightly reduce their calorie content, you can use tzatziki sauce instead of mayonnaise.

I have never made pancakes stuffed with melted cheese. I always prepared such an appetizer (melted cheese with mayonnaise) separately. By the way, you can add finely chopped boiled egg and green onions. But this is an amateur.
And one more addition. If you change the processed cheese for regular cottage cheese and do everything as in the recipe, the taste of the pancakes will also be good.

sometimes with stuffing that is wrapped in them"

And it was said something like correctly, intelligibly and understandably, but somehow not like that, without a soul. Is it really necessary to talk about pancakes like that? It is necessary to write poems about them, to compose odes in honor of the most Russian of all Russian dishes, which we inherited from our ancestors and is still desired and loved in every family. How to convey in words, to make you feel how good they are - hot, ruddy, with droplets of melting oil, warming, like the sun, everything around with one look. Pancake rolls with melted cheese. Recipe with step by step photos

Pancakes are my family's #1 breakfast dish. Custard pancakes liked the child because of the numerous holes, but he concluded that openwork pancakes more interesting. Therefore, next time we will prepare custard-openwork pancakes.

  • I'll drag away, like a hamster, all the recipes to bookmarks. Some of them really got me interested. I would like to try pancakes made from buckwheat flour, but this is not for sale in our city. (And yet, here’s the bad luck, well, I can’t learn how to pour the dough in a pan in a perfectly even layer. Probably, this art needs to be studied for years.)

  • I like pancakes on kefir most of all, they turn out very tender. But somehow I tried to bake with yeast, but either the yeast was not successful, or I went too far with it, but I was haunted by the yeast smell in pancakes. Since then, I haven’t experimented any more, but I’m frying a proven recipe.

  • I have never made custard pancakes. But my family really like pancakes with yeast. I just rarely do them. This weekend I will definitely cook pancakes according to one of these recipes. Especially Shrovetide in the yard.
  • God, what a treat! I read the article just in time, because now is the eve of Shrovetide! Honestly, choux pastry I have never made pancakes for pancakes, although I bake all kinds of pancakes and pancakes quite often. I'll try it tomorrow, I'm salivating! I am sure that my family will definitely appreciate this yummy.

    How to cook pancakes with cheese: a hearty dish

    What comes to mind when you pronounce the combination "baking with cheese"? For most people, these are the usual Georgian khachapuri. But we will try to combine cheese with one traditional Russian product and cook unusual pancakes with cheese.

    Pancakes with hard cheese

    • flour - 2 cups;
    • milk - 2 glasses;
    • hard cheese - about 200 grams;
    • eggs - 3 pieces;
    • vegetable oil - for frying;
    • salt - to taste.

    The trick of this recipe is that the cheese is not used as a product for stuffing ready-made pancakes, but for adding to the dough!

    1. Cooking dough. In a deep bowl, beat the milk and yolks (set aside egg whites for now), stirring gently, add flour and grated cheese on a very fine grater. Salt. Mixing the whole mixture without a special whisk attachment for a blender is very difficult, so if you do not have a blender, stock up on time and patience. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and add the protein foam to the dough. Mix again gently and thoroughly.
    2. We take a small frying pan with a smooth bottom, wait until it is hot on the stove, and bake pancakes with added hard cheese, as usual: grease the pan, pour in the dough, wait 20 seconds, turn over, wait another 20 seconds.
    3. Ready-made pancakes with cheese are elastic, without openwork, a pleasant golden hue. Try serving them with slightly salted red fish or caviar.

    Pancakes with melted cheese

    • flour - 2 cups;
    • milk - 2 glasses;
    • eggs - 3 pieces;
    • butter - 80 grams (one third of a pack);
    • sugar - 1 tablespoon;
    • salt - to taste;
    • vegetable oil for greasing the pan.

    The recipe for making these pancakes is exactly the same as in the previous version - that is, the dough is prepared in the same way, and then the grated processed cheese is kneaded. Cream cheese pancakes can be served in any form (hot or cold). Offer curd cheese as a topping, this combination of products should please all your loved ones.

    You can also make pancake rolls. To do this, for each hot (!) Pancake, cheese is laid out, cut into thin slices, and then the whole thing is rolled up into a tube. Cheese rolls can also be stuffed with herbs or fish and cut in the manner of Japanese rolls. Such an appetizer is suitable even for a feast.

    Pancakes with tomatoes and cheese

    • flour - 1 cup;
    • milk - 1 glass;
    • eggs - 2 pieces;
    • any cheese - about 200 grams;
    • tomatoes - 3-4 medium fruits;
    • salt to taste;
    • vegetable oil for frying.

    Cooking pancakes with tomatoes:

    I propose to cook an unusual version of pancakes with tomatoes. We will not have simple pancakes with cheese, and we will try to make a whole cake.

    1. Knead the standard pancake dough (eggs, milk, flour, salt).
    2. Let's prepare the filling for our cake. Tomatoes need to be peeled (it is better to scald with boiling water), and grate the cheese on a fine grater. Do not mix these ingredients yet!
    3. Now we start baking in the usual way. While the first pancake is still in the pan, prepare the dish for the cake, as it needs to be formed already in the cooking process.
    4. We put the finished pancake on a dish, very quickly sprinkle with grated cheese and spread a layer of tomatoes. Now we are waiting for the second pancake in order to cover the formed layer of the filling with it.
    5. After the cake is completely ready (all the pancakes will be stacked), decorate it with finely chopped greens, the remaining tomatoes and serve.

    These three recipes are among the most common and most commonly used when baking pancakes. Filling options can be changed, especially for the last recipe.
