  • Lemon peel - 1 teaspoon

Cooking process:

  1. Sort the berries, remove damaged and unripe fruits, rinse thoroughly and leave the berries in a colander so that the fruits dry well and all the water is gone;
  2. Make sugar syrup: pour 1.2 liters of water into an enameled container, stir in it the amount of sand indicated in the recipe or in accordance with your own taste, add lemon zest; stir constantly until the water starts to boil and all the sugar has dispersed;
  3. Pour the berries into the syrup, cook for 5-7 minutes;
  4. Pour hot drink into sterilized jars, roll up;
  5. Put the jars upside down, cover with something warm, let the jars cool and check the tightness of the seam.

This flavored drink will bring not only benefits (the peel of a pear contains a lot of fiber), but it will also be an excellent dessert, because this berry-fruit combination gives an amazing taste.

Ingredients:

  • Pears (ripe, but not soft) - 1.5 kg
  • Lingonberries - 250-300 g
  • Sugar - 0.2 kg per 1 liter of water
  • Citric acid - 4 g per 1 liter of water

The ingredients indicated in the recipe are enough for about two three-liter or three two-liter jars (these are more convenient to sterilize), it is better to cook the syrup with a margin.

  1. Wash and sort lingonberries;
  2. Wash the pears, cut out the cores and cut into slices;

Lingonberries have a strong medicinal effect, therefore, in case of certain diseases, this berry and lingonberry blanks should not be consumed:

Gastritis (with high acidity), ulcer, hypotension.

The easy way

Boil 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan. AT hot water lay sugar (150 grams) and, stirring, achieve its complete dissolution. Then 250 grams of fresh cranberries are put into the syrup, and the liquid is allowed to boil. To preserve vitamins, continue cooking for no more than 3 minutes, and then close the pan with a lid. To make the taste of the drink as saturated as possible, it is insisted for at least 5 hours.

Vitamin lingonberry compote with cranberries

This recipe is ideal for treating colds and viral diseases.

100 grams of sugar is diluted in 1 liter of water. The mass is brought to a boil and put in it 100 grams of fresh lingonberries. After 3 minutes of cooking on minimum heat, the compote is filtered, and the berries are pressed through gauze to remove the skin.

Cranberries (50 grams) are ground through a metal sieve and vitamin puree is added to the compote. Bring the drink to a boil, but do not boil. Before pouring the dessert into glasses, they give it time to cool on its own under the lid.

Frozen cranberries with apples

Sweet apples (2 pieces) are washed and cut into cubes or slices. With the second cutting option, the time for cooking compote can be reduced. Apple slices are placed in boiling syrup, boiled from 2 liters of water and 150 grams of granulated sugar. After 10 minutes of active boiling under the lid, frozen berries (250 grams) of lingonberries are introduced into the compote, and after boiling the drink for 3 minutes, turn off the fire.

Infused compote is served hot or cold. If desired, the drink can be filtered.

From dry fruits with ginger and lemon

Dried lingonberry compote is best cooked in a multicooker pan. In this case, the berries do not need to be soaked or pre-filled with boiling water.

To prepare a drink, put a handful of dry lingonberries, 3 lemon wheels with peel and 3 slices of fresh ginger root into the multicooker bowl. Products are poured into 2 liters cold water. Cook compote with the lid closed for an hour. The program can be selected at your discretion "Soup" or "Stew".

The finished compote is left under the lid for another 3-4 hours, so that the taste of the drink becomes more saturated. The keep warm function is disabled.

Ripe, but not overripe, the pears are washed and the core is removed from the pits. Depending on the size of the fruit, they are cut into 4 or 8 pieces.

Clean jars of small size (700-800 milliliters) are filled with lingonberries by 1/3. From above, up to half the volume of the jar, pear slices are laid.

Syrup is boiled on the stove (150 grams of sugar are taken for 1 liter of water). The berry-fruit compote base is poured with boiling liquid, and the jars are covered with sterile lids.

The workpiece is placed in a wide pot of water and sent to the stove for sterilization.

After 15 minutes, the lids are tightly screwed or twisted with a special seaming key.
