I divide the head of cauliflower into medium-sized inflorescences. First, I cut the stalk along with the leaves, then I cut it into several parts and divide it into small heads of cabbage.

I boil in a wide saucepan one and a half liters of water. I throw half a tablespoon of salt. I load the inflorescences, let it boil.

Cook at a low boil for five minutes, until half cooked. From above heads of cabbage will be soft, inside they will remain dense. With such processing, firstly, the specific cabbage smell and taste will disappear, and secondly, the cabbage will not be digested and after baking it will be very tasty.
