A table for a children's tea party does not have to decorate a cake at all, chocolate sausage made from cookies is a great alternative, tasty and unusual.

Cookies for chocolate sausage, choose the one that your sweet tooth loves more (for example, anniversary, baked milk or coconut), then the furor effect from unusual dessert cooked instead of a cake will definitely be guaranteed.

  • 500 g cookies;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 200 g walnuts;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 gr. Art. Sahara;
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa.

Mix the eggs with sugar and cocoa in a saucepan, cut the butter there and, stirring constantly, heat until the sugar is completely dissolved in the melted butter. Remove from heat and stir in crushed biscuits and nuts, then spread on a table lined with waxed paper. Form a sausage, wrap it tightly with paper and refrigerate for 4.5 hours.
