I propose to cook delicious and hearty sandwiches with avocado and tomatoes, which are suitable not only for a snack during the day or a light breakfast, but also for any holiday table. Avocado has a delicate texture, barely perceptible creamy taste and a buttery texture that makes avocados a great spread for sandwiches. The main condition is that we definitely use only ripe and soft-to-touch fruit for the preparation of pasta. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to find an avocado of the required maturity on store shelves, then we buy an unripe one and let it lie at home at room temperature for 2-3 days, this is quite enough for the avocado to ripen and be completely ready for use. I had a small size, I had enough pasta to make four sandwiches. If you have a large fruit, then it is quite possible to cook from 6 to 8 pieces. I used toast bread with bran, but it can be replaced with any white or gray bread.

Ingredients:

  • avocado - 1 piece.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves.

How to cook delicious pasta

Boil pasta until done.

When cooking pasta (pasta), it is very important to follow the golden rule 1-1-5: for 1 liter of water we take 100 g of pasta and 5 g of salt, and then cook according to the instructions on the package.

While the pasta is cooking, we peel half of the avocado from the peel and take out the bone, wash the cilantro greens, shaking off excess moisture, and cut off the leaves (I throw away the stems).

  • You can add spices to pasta. But first it is better to drain the water. Then, in hot pasta, pour the seasoning, mix, close the lid and leave for a few minutes to open the spices.
