Now you need to send the shrimp to the pan and cook after boiling for about 3 more minutes. Gently drain the water, peel the shrimp from the shell. Carefully make an incision along the entire length of the body and remove the intestinal vein. It leaves an unpleasant aftertaste, so it is better to get rid of it in advance.

Potatoes and eggs must be grated separately, just like hard cheese. Now you can collect the salad - it is puff, so that the products are laid out on a flat dish, smearing each with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Boil squids by dipping in boiling water for a couple of minutes and cut into strips. Boil mussels in salted water for 3-5 minutes. Shrimp, without defrosting, put in a dry frying pan and heat until the liquid evaporates, and then add butter to them and simmer until soft.

While the shrimp are cooling, the tomatoes should be cut into cubes or slices, the bell pepper - into strips, the onion - thinly. Finely chop the parsley and dill, and tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Garlic must be crushed with salt and black pepper.

Now all the ingredients, except garlic, must be combined in a bowl and mix gently. For dressing, it remains to mix vegetable oil with garlic and lemon juice and beat well with a fork. Add this dressing to your salad and you're done!
