And so, while making sweet sausage relatively recently, I thought, why not try to build a cake? As it turned out, this is an extremely quick and simple solution with which you can drink tea on working days! Since it took me ... well, 15 minutes to prepare a no-bake cake with condensed milk and simple shortbread cookies. Of course, he still had to stand in the cold and freeze, but this inactive time does not count. As a result, this selection of recipes with photos was born, according to which we prepared several options, combined with one simple basic set of products: cookies, condensed milk, butter, which we offer you to look at today.

I'll start first. So, I had a simple baked milk shortbread cookie. It is just packaged in packages of 0.5 kilograms - exactly as much as necessary. I have regular condensed milk, not boiled. How to make no-bake cookie dough

1. For cream, combine sour cream and boiled condensed milk in a deep bowl. Both products should be cold, so be sure to put them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours in advance. Choose fat and thick sour cream, optimally - 20 percent. If necessary, you can weigh it through cheesecloth to remove any excess whey.

As for condensed milk, choose only thick. It does not matter if it will be store-bought or cooked by yourself. The main thing is that you like its taste. Such condensed milk is not too sweet or, on the contrary, cloying. Therefore, you can adjust the amount to your liking.

2. Beat with a mixer for a maximum of 30 seconds. You do not need to beat for a long time, otherwise your cream will become liquid and flow! All that is needed is simply to combine both ingredients into a homogeneous mixture.

3. Take a rectangular shape and cover it with cling film. Take 2-3 small cuts, not 1 general. This will make it easier to remove it from under the cake later.

Brew a cup of coffee and cool the drink. Then dip the cookies into it very quickly, literally in half a second, just to moisten it a little. Don't overdo it, it shouldn't get wet!

4. Once dipped, immediately place the cookies in the prepared pan. Fill the entire bottom so that the cookies lie close to each other with minimal gaps.

5. Spread cookies with sour cream and condensed milk cream. Use up about 1/3 of the cream. There will be 3 cakes in total.

6. Repeat layers on top. That is, lay out the cookies again, and then coat it with cream. Coat the top layer too. Crush a couple of the remaining dry cookies, and then sprinkle the top with the resulting crumb.

7. In this form, send the cookie cake to the refrigerator for 2 hours. During this time, the cakes are completely saturated, and the cream thickens. Transfer carefully to the serving tray, remove the pieces of film - pull on the edges. Cut the cake into portions.
