Let's start preparing the shrimp - if you bought whole frozen shrimp, then they must be boiled. For their readiness, the cooking process should last about a few minutes. If the shrimp are peeled, then they can simply be doused with hot water. It is recommended to peel the cucumber so that it becomes softer in the salad. After cleaning, chop the vegetable with a knife into thin strips. Now you can mix all the components of the salad.

Prepare dressing sauce - mix olive oil, lemon juice with salt and pepper. Finally, we proceed to the final stage - we mix all the ingredients with the dressing sauce, put them on cabbage leaves and effectively serve them to the table.

Advice! To make the taste of shrimp more felt, it is better to buy an unpeeled product, as it retains moisture with beneficial substances better.

Women's version of sea salad with squid and shrimp

This salad recipe will appeal to every representative of the fair and weaker sex, because it contains incredibly juicy, delicate notes of the sea. The remaining ingredients of the salad (except for seafood) will complement the main products in the dish and emphasize their piquancy.

First you need to prepare the necessary products, namely:

  • Chilled squid - 2 medium carcasses.
  • Peeled shrimp - 0.5 kg, if unpeeled - 0.75 kg.
  • Mussels - 0.5 kg.
  • Butter - ¼ pack (50 grams).
  • Small tomato - 3 pcs.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pod.
  • Dill, parsley and lettuce - small bunches.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves.
  • Sunflower or better olive oil - 70 grams.
  • Salt, pepper mixture.
  • Fresh lemon juice - 3 tablespoons.

Let's start with the preparation and processing of squid. They should be well cleaned, boiled (how to do this - see the previous recipe) and finely chopped into strips. Now it's time to prepare the shrimp. This recipe does not provide for boiling shrimp - they need to be fried. If you bought shrimp in shell for salad, then they should be peeled. With peeled shrimp, the situation is simpler, because you just need to put them on the hot surface of the pan with sunflower or olive oil and sauté until the product is soft. But the mussels need to be boiled - dip the product into boiling water and boil for 3-4 minutes. Set aside the processed seafood and proceed to the preparation of vegetables.

Look at the tomatoes, or rather, at their skin - if it is thick, then it must be removed. You can simply do this in the following way - pour boiling water over the vegetable and the skin will easily fall behind. If the skin on the tomato is thin, then it does not need to be removed. Just rinse them with running water, wipe dry, cut with a sharp knife into small cubes. It is very important that the knife is sharp, otherwise the tomatoes will flow when cutting. Rinse the pepper, separate the seeds from it well and cut into small cubes with a knife. Chop the onion thinly or finely with a knife.

So that it does not interrupt the taste of the rest of the ingredients, it can be doused with boiling water. It is imperative that the water from the scalded onion is well glassed, and the vegetable itself dries out a little, because the remaining moisture can drain into the salad and spoil it. All greens with lettuce leaves should be washed well so that they do not leave dust with sand. It is not necessary to cut the lettuce leaves - you can chop it with your hands, just by tearing it into pieces. The rest of the greens should be finely chopped with a knife. Pass the garlic through the garlic, mix it with salt and a mixture of peppers.

Dip all the ingredients into a deep salad bowl, leaving the garlic for now. In a separate small container, prepare the dressing sauce - whisk olive or sunflower oil, lemon juice, a mixture of garlic, salt and pepper with a whisk.   • Rice noodles (or funchose) - 40 g

  • Lemon (or lime) - 1 pc. (need juice)
  • Chili pepper - 3 pcs.

Pour oil into the pan. We are waiting for heating and proceed to fry the garlic. After a minute, add onions, squid, peppers, carrots, shrimp and mushrooms. Fry the ingredients for a short time - 2 minutes.

Add pineapple, oyster and soy sauce. Fry for another 5 minutes, throw in cashews and coarsely chopped green onions, mix and remove from the stove.

If we use pineapple from a jar, lay it later - 1-2 minutes before nuts and greens.

Since we are talking about hot salads, we cannot ignore the invention of passionate Spanish fishermen. Strictly speaking, according to the recipe below, you will cook paella with seafood. But after all, it is so similar to a warm salad with shrimp and squid, complemented by rice and fish soup.

Miracle Ingredients:

  • Squids (raw) - 400 g
  • Shrimps (raw) - 150 g
  • Rice (round) - 250 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Fish broth (ear) - 750 g
  • Can be replaced with water with spices for fish
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Green peas - 50 g
  • Saffron - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Magical but easy process.

Grinding seafood. Fill the pan with oil, add the squid, fry, stirring thoroughly - 2-3 minutes. Add the shrimp and keep the seafood on the stove for another 2-3 minutes, not forgetting to work vigorously with a spatula. Salt and pepper.

Pour finely chopped garlic into the pan, pour the tomato paste. We continue to stir.

Another 1 minute has passed - fill the pan with fish soup (or water with spices for fish). Spread the rice evenly throughout the liquid. If the dish seems fresh, add salt.

Cook the dish over high heat - 7 minutes. Throwing peas. Reduce the heat and wait for the whole ear to evaporate. Remove from heat, cover with a towel and let steep for 5 minutes.
