Beat eggs with sugar, gradually pour in condensed milk and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Melt the butter slightly and add to the dough. Stir the flour and baking powder in small portions. Stir part of the dough with melted chocolate and cocoa.

Pour the dough into the prepared mold, alternating with chocolate.

Bake at 170 degrees for about 50 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished cake with nuts.

Neapolitan marble cake

The most unusual marble cake with a pink layer and rum. A good combination of ingredients, the right proportions and an Italian cake is just as good as it is in the homeland.

Beat butter (400 g) with sugar (400 g) and a pinch of salt, add a little rum (1 tablespoon).

Drive eight eggs into the dough, one at a time.

Sift flour (400 g) with baking powder (4 teaspoons) and add portions to the dough.

Add pink to one part of the dough food coloring... Mix the other with cocoa dissolved in milk (1 tablespoon). Leave the third without additives.

Put a layer of pink dough in the form, then chocolate and cover with classic light.

Using a fork, mix the layers slightly from bottom to top.

Place in the oven. The cupcake should be ready in about an hour.

For impregnation, boil the syrup. Pour a glass of water into a small saucepan and add a glass of sugar. Boil until light golden brown, remove from heat, pour in a tablespoon of rum. Rum in syrup is optional, but highly desirable.

Saturate the hot muffin with syrup and serve with fresh berries and ice cream. Italy in your kitchen!

Cooking in a slow cooker and a bread maker

The multicooker does an excellent job of preparing any dish. Various baked goods are no exception. An unusual marble muffin in a slow cooker is made from lemonade. It's interesting, tasty and simple.

Beat eggs (3 pcs.) With sugar (300 g) in a mixer. Add lemonade (250 ml), soft peasant butter (150 g) and a teaspoon of vanillin. Sift 3 tbsp. flour, mix with baking powder (2 tsp) and add portions to the dough, stirring well each time.

Grease the bowl of the multicooker with vegetable oil. Pour a portion of dough, sprinkle with cocoa using a strainer. Top with a second layer of dough and sprinkle with cocoa again. Pour out the rest of the dough.

Bake on baking mode for 60 minutes.

Gently remove the finished dessert and cool slightly. Garnish with melted chocolate or powdered sugar.

The bread maker is simply made to bake the perfect cupcakes. Marble muffins are also great with this appliance.

The dough is prepared according to the classic recipe:

  1. Whisk the whites (3 pcs.) With a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix soft butter (175 g) with sugar (175 g), vanilla (1 tsp).
  3. Add yolks (3 pcs) one at a time.
  4. Add sifted flour (175 g) in small portions and mix thoroughly.
  5. Add protein mass.

Mix part of the dough with cocoa dissolved in milk (2 tbsp. L). Put pieces in a bread machine different test in no particular order. The highlight of the recipe will be steamed prune pieces (5-6). Sprinkle them over the entire surface of the future cupcake. Close the top with the rest of the dough.

Select cupcake setting and bake for 40 minutes.

Decorate the finished cake with fruit jam.

Marble muffins are worth making. It's delicious, simple and beautiful!
