In haste at home, you can cook hearty envelopes fried in an egg. Take 2 thin cakes and 150 g of cheese. For the filling you will need pre-boiled chicken and salt. For frying - egg, oil.

  5. 5. Melt the butter in a clean skillet and mix with flour, bringing over low heat to a golden hue.

If you have a round pita bread, first cut a square or rectangle out of it, otherwise the roll will not turn out to be of the same diameter, there will be areas around the edges that are not sufficiently filled with filling.




Dip the chicken fillet into cold water- so that it is only covered with water, bring to a boil, remove the foam and add. Cook until cooked, about 30 minutes. If you have half a fillet, it should be cooked less, about 20 minutes is enough. Cool the finished fillet to room temperature and chop finely. You can, without slicing, disassemble the fillet into fibers - choose at your discretion.




We spread the sheet of pita bread. Lubricate its surface with mayonnaise, not reaching one of the edges by about 2 cm.
