Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast fillet - 450 gr.
  • cheese - 150-200 gr.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • cloves of garlic - 3-4 pcs.
  • fresh herbs to taste
  • sunflower oil - to taste
  • salt to taste
  • spices to taste.

Cooking method:

1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut into small cubes.


2. Grate the cheese, finely chop the onion. Mix all the ingredients.


3. Chop the garlic, herbs (to taste) and add to our mixture.


4. Drive one egg into the resulting mass, add spices and flour. Mix well.


5. Pour oil into a preheated frying pan, spread the blanks with a spoon, shape.


6. Fry for 5-7 minutes on each side. Total cooking time 25 min. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:

  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp. l;

Cooking method:

1. Washes the breast, then cut into small cubes.

2. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Cool it down.

3. Mix the chopped breast with the fried onions. Add sour cream, eggs, starch, spices. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Knead the minced meat well.

5. Fry in a pan in heated vegetable oil, 10 minutes on each side over low heat.

6. Golden and fragrant patties can be served with a side dish or fresh vegetables.

Chicken breast cutlets with mushrooms


There is a wide variety of different delicious meat dishes. And it's not a secret for anyone that cutlets are one of the hour everyday table. It is very important which filling we choose. Cooked with mushrooms is a very tender and juicy dish that can be served any day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They turn out to be very aromatic and mouth-watering.

We need:

  • Chicken fillet - 450-500 gr.
  • champignon mushrooms - 300 gr.
  • medium-sized onions - 1 pc.
  • sour cream 15-20% fat - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • chicken eggs - 1-2 pcs.
  • wheat flour - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • large garlic - 1 clove
  • fresh dill - to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • vegetable oil for - frying.

Cooking method:

1. Let's prepare the mushrooms. We wash the mushrooms under running water and immediately after that put them on a cutting board.

Using a knife, chop, put in a frying pan preheated with a lot of oil, begin to fry over medium heat.

2. Peel the onion and rinse it. Chop finely, put in mushrooms and mix thoroughly. Everything is good, stirring with a spoon or spatula, fry the ingredients for 10 minutes.

3. Turn off the burner and set the frying aside to cool.

4. Rinse the chicken fillet well under running water, wipe it dry with paper kitchen towels. Using a knife, we clean it of excess veins and fat. Finely chop the chicken fillet into pieces, transfer the chopped component to a deep bowl.

5. Rinse the parsley with water and chop finely.

6. Peel the garlic and then chop it. Put chopped garlic into a plate with dill.

7. Chopped chicken fillet is already waiting for us in the bowl. Therefore, without delay, add fried champignons with onions, sour cream, finely chopped garlic with dill, flour, salt and black pepper to taste to the container, and also break the eggs into a bowl.

8. Mix everything well and thoroughly with a tablespoon until a homogeneous mass is formed. We put the cutlet mince to infuse for 20 minutes in the refrigerator to make the dish more aromatic.

9. And now in a preheated frying pan with butter, with the help of a tablespoon minced cutlet. Fry on both sides under the lid for 7-10 minutes.

Steamed chicken chopped cutlets turn out to be more appetizing and juicy than those cooked from minced meat ground in a meat grinder in a traditional way in a pan.

  • Chicken breasts - 800 gr. (about 3 medium pieces);
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
  • starch - 4 tbsp. l. (preferably cornstarch);
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp. l;
  • vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons for frying
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • spices to taste - to taste.

Steam cooking method:

1. Chop the chicken breast into small pieces with a knife.

2. Finely chop the onion and greens.

3. Prepare the minced meat: mix the chopped breast with onions and herbs. Add eggs, mayonnaise (sour cream), starch (flour). Salt and pepper to taste.

4. We remove the ready-made minced meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5. Install the steamer. Form cutlets from chilled minced meat and put them in a double boiler.

  • Young zucchini - 1 pc.;
  • Fine salt - 1 -1½ tsp;

  1. First of all, you need to grate the zucchini with coarse shavings. If the fruits are young and medium-sized, then the skin does not need to be peeled off and the seed center can also not be removed. But thick-skinned ripe fruits need to be cleaned from both the skin and seeds, and rub only the pulp.
  2. After that, add some salt to the zucchini mass and leave for a quarter of an hour to separate the juice.
  3. At this time, you need to cut the meat into small cubes. For easier cutting, it is better to freeze the fillets slightly.
  4. Squeeze the squash pulp from the juice and mix with chopped chicken. Add chicken seasoning, squeezed garlic, sour cream there and mix everything.
