Oatmeal with banana - healthy breakfast, will give satiety before lunch. Make banana oatmeal in water or milk.

Ingredients

  • Butter 10 g
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Bananas 1 pc.
  • Boiled water 1 stack.
  • Milk 1 stack.
  • Oat flakes 60 g

How to cook

Boil milk and water separately, combine them in one saucepan and bring to a boil, salt.

Add oatmeal and sugar. Optionally, you can add vanilla sugar and cinnamon.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes.

Ready porridge season with oil, cover with a towel and let stand for 5 minutes.

Cut the banana into circles, place them in a plate on top of the porridge when serving.

Rinse and steam the raisins, remove the stalks from the berries.

Cut the banana into cubes.

Pour rolled oats flakes into deep bowls, it is better to take finely ground, they will cook much faster.

Sprinkle the grains with cinnamon, salt, put the raisins on top and cover with boiling water. Cover with a towel and let sit for 15-25 minutes.

Fill the finished flakes olive oil, put bananas and nuts.

At first glance, it looks like an ordinary milk porridge made from oatmeal for breakfast. But in fact, this is a wonderful combination of delicate banana puree, crunchy walnuts and aromatic cocoa in such a simple dish from rolled oats.

What do we need to prepare it? First of all, directly oatmeal "Hercules", which takes at least 10 minutes to cook. Secondly, the liquid on which the porridge will be cooked can only be milk or a mixture of milk and water. The second option is lighter and less high in calories, but do not forget that due to the fat content of milk and porridge will become tastier. The rest of the components are responsible for the taste: banana, walnuts, cocoa, honey, as well as salt and butter, with which you will never spoil the porridge.

In a saucepan, combine oatmeal, salt, milk, water. Mix and cook oatmeal according to the instructions on the package.

It will take 10-20 minutes.

Peel the banana and knead with a fork until puree.

Grind the nuts to small crumbs. You can use a blender.

By this time, the porridge was ready. Add banana puree, crushed nuts, cocoa, and honey.

Stir until smooth. Cover with a lid and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.

During this time, the porridge will reach readiness, thicken, saturated with the taste and aroma of the added ingredients.

Oatmeal is a slow carbohydrate that will keep you energized for a long time, so eat boldly.

You could even say that my dietary oatmeal cookie is PP. Even though I don't like this term at all. But yes, it fits the classification " proper nutrition". Let's start making oatmeal and banana cookies. Yes, it really can only consist of two ingredients 🙂 Let's get started! We turn on the oven at 175-180 degrees, it depends on your oven, I will not tire of repeating that they are all different, therefore, if your oven cooks for wear and tear, set 175, and if it is quite adequate for itself - 180.

We clean two very ripe bananas, their skin should already be covered with black spots. How sweet it turns out depends on it. diet biscuits from oatmeal. If you realize that you still do not have enough sweets, put another tablespoon of honey next time. Break the bananas into pieces and put them in a bowl. We knead them with a fork or with a blender.

Pouring in main ingredient- oat flakes. Use long-cooked cereals that need to be cooked for a more textured and healthier diet oatmeal. Knead the mass well.

Set aside, while we deal with nuts, the flakes will swell a little. Let me remind you that you can make oatmeal cookies without them, but with nuts it is still tastier. I use walnuts because they work best with Hercules and bananas for me. Chop nuts very finely.

Put the walnuts in the prepared mass and mix again. At this point, you can add cinnamon or vanilla, or other flavors of your choice. In my humble opinion, banana cookies from Hercules is best complemented by cinnamon, I put it.

We take a baking sheet, cover it parchment paper or a silicone mat. You can bake it on the baking sheet itself, but you will need to sprinkle it with oil. Take a spoon and spread the "dough" in flattened rounds. I advise you to thinner oatmeal cookies with nuts, then it will crunch pleasantly.

We send the baking sheet to the oven for 15-25 minutes until golden brown. Again, every oven is different, so watch your cooking! By the way, here's another life hack: if you want more ruddy oatmeal flakes, add 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil to the dough. Or any other. But coconut will give a wonderful aroma!

After the allotted time, oatmeal cookies in the oven already begin to smell for the whole house! We take out the ready-made fragrant treat and let it cool, having previously "peeled off" each cookie from the paper.
