  • Flour - 400 g.
  • Hot water - 500 ml.

For filling:

  • Ground beef - 1 kg.
  • Onions - 3-4 pcs.
  • A mixture of your favorite spices - 1.5 tbsp. l.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mashed tomatoes without skin - 400 g.
  • Hard cheese - 100 g

To decorate the cake:

  • Thick sour cream - 250 g.
  • Curd cheese - 150 g.
  • Pomegranate seeds for decoration.

Pancake cake - cooking

  • Mix kefir, milk and eggs with salt and sugar, add vegetable oil.
  • Add flour and baking soda and stir thoroughly to make a dough, it will be thick at first.
  • Continuing to stir, add boiling water. Pour in small portions and stir constantly, you should have a pancake dough.
  • Bake pancakes.
  • Chop the onion finely and fry it lightly until golden brown.
  • Add onions, spices you like, and salt to the minced meat. Stir everything well and fry. Make sure there are no lumps.
  • Peel the tomatoes and rub them.
  • Add mashed tomato puree in the minced meat and simmer everything until the minced meat is ready.

Preparation:

Mix kefir, milk and eggs with salt and sugar, add vegetable oil.


Add flour and soda.


Stir the dough thoroughly with a whisk or fork so that there are no lumps. The dough is quite thick.


Without ceasing to interfere, pour in very hot water (boiling water). Pour water not all at once, but in portions, carefully stirring the dough, until the desired thickness. You should get a liquid (like vegetable oil) dough. It may happen that all the water is not needed.
