Zrazy are such cutlets or rolls with a surprise - a variety of fillings inside. Zrazy from minced turkey are tender and light, and with mushroom stuffing inside - it's just an overeating. Such almost diet cutlets quite suitable for children. It's not hard to cook them.

Zrazy are common in Lithuanian, Belarusian, Polish and Ukrainian cuisine.

The filling for them is made very different - in addition to mushrooms, these are various vegetables, boiled eggs, cereals in the form of porridge. As practice has shown, minced meat contains too much fat, skin and tough veins, which will not improve the taste of our dishes and will not benefit our health.

Let's boil two dozen hard-boiled quail eggs. Cool them in cold water, peel and set aside.
