Preparation:

1.Mash bananas in mashed potatoes, add juice and sugar and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. stirring (constantly).
2.Add chocolate, broken into pieces, stir until dissolved.

3. remove from heat. If for storage, pour it into jars.
Can be stored for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Application: as a stand-alone dessert, with cottage cheese, spread on bread, baking filling or icing.

Banana-chocolate spread is also called banana-chocolate cream jam, because the bananas are first boiled and the mass resembles jam in consistency and taste, and then whisk until creamy. This paste can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. It can be simply spread on bread, toast or cookies and served with breakfast with a cup of aromatic coffee or tea.
