For test:
125 gr butter
100 gr sugar
4 chicken eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon dark rum

For filling:
2 cans of canned tangerines
2 cups drinking yogurt or kefir
30 gr gelatin
1 cup 35% cream
100 gr dark chocolate

For filling:
1/4 cup tangerine syrup (liqueur)
2 tangerines
20 g gelatin
mint leaves
berries

Recipe for cakes with yogurt filling:

1. Prepare dough: Beat the butter with sugar, continuing to beat, add one egg at a time, add the flour sifted with cocoa and baking powder, pour in the rum and mix thoroughly.

2. Transfer to the laid parchment paper a baking sheet (or into a mold) with a layer 1.5-2 cm high and bake in an oven heated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden skewer. Cool down.

3. Prepare the filling: Drain the syrup from the tangerines, leave it to prepare the filling. Gelatin pour 1/4 cup cold water, leave for 10-15 minutes to swell, then dissolve in a water bath. Whip the cream into a thick fluffy cream. Add sugar to yogurt to taste, beat with a mixer, pour in gelatin and beat for 1-2 minutes. After adding whipped cream and grated chocolate on a coarse grater, mix thoroughly.

4. Line the mold in which the biscuit was baked cling film, put on the bottom finished cake, put half of the yogurt cream on top. Lay the slices of tangerines, pour the remaining yogurt cream. Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, until completely solidified.

5. Prepare filling: pour gelatin with tangerine syrup, leave for 20-30 minutes to swell, then dissolve in a water bath, strain. Add syrup (liquor), mix thoroughly and cool to room temperature.

Cooking method

1. Mix cereal, flour and sugar. Melt the butter and add to the cereal with water. Mix.
2. Grease a baking dish (I have a size of 26x11x7) with a thin layer of butter. Lay out our base, distributing it with your fingers along the bottom. Do not tamp!
3. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool. Pull the base out of the mold. Cover it with foil. And on top again put the baked oatmeal base.
4. Gelatin (10 gr.) Pour 50 ml of water, let it swell, for about 10 minutes. Then put the bowl with swollen gelatin in a deeper bowl with boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
5. Cooking the filling. Mix yogurt with jam and powdered sugar.
6. While adding gelatin, mix gently but thoroughly.
7. Pour the cherry-yoghurt filling into the mold, onto the base. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
8. Prepare the next layer. Mix confiture and water (50 ml.).
9. We do the same with gelatin as for the first time, but for 50 ml. water we take 5 gr. gelatin. After complete dissolution of gelatin, gradually add it to the fruit mass and mix. Pour over the yogurt layer and put it in the refrigerator again, now for 2 hours. Can be garnished with any fruit. I have cherry jam.
