I always put love in every dish, so everything turns out very tasty. Even today's croutons are delicious. I try to cook a lot and varied, that my family did not say that they were sick of something. Ordinary bread and butter in the morning no longer pleases anyone, everyone wants something unusual, and I found a wonderful recipe in one cookbook. The author wrote that such croutons are prepared very quickly, and as a result, the whole family will be tasty and satisfyingly fed. What could be better than hot toast with sausages. And if cheese and eggs are added to them, then it will not be easy to come off. Everyone wants to take a supplement, so I always fry 2-3 croutons for each family member. - 6-8 pieces of loaf,
- 250 grams of milk sausages,
- 60-70 grams of hard cheese,

Rub hard cheese and sausage with a grater. My friend pre-freezes the sausages so that they rub more easily, but I rubbed the fresh sausage beautifully.




We drive in raw chicken eggs, stir vigorously to get a homogeneous filling dough. Since the cheese and sausage are quite salty, I do not add additional salt to the filling.




Grease the chopped loaf with the filling, on one side. We do the same with all the pieces of the loaf.




We warm up vegetable oil for frying toasts. After 10-20 seconds, put the croutons in the pan with the filling down and do it without hesitation. The filling instantly starts to make noise, squish and fry. This is as it should be, do not be afraid of it. We are waiting for the filling at the bottom to be fried and peep with a fork.






Turn over all the croutons and fry on the second side for just a minute.

I washed the potatoes well, peeled them and rubbed them with straws.

Broke eggs here, laid out the mayonnaise. The dill was washed with cool running water, dried and chopped with a knife. I decided to make hot potato and sausage sandwiches with all-purpose seasoning. It contains hazelnuts, paprika, red peppers, dried onions, carrots, parsley, celery. But you can use any spice you like. I added a pinch of salt - in my case that was enough, given the salinity of the sausage and mayonnaise.

She mixed everything thoroughly with a spoon.

The bread was cut into slices of medium thickness. I decided to cut off the top crust. I do not like it at Peklevanny.

I cut each piece of bread across into 2 pieces. I applied the filling over the entire surface. That's it, you can fry sausage croutons!

Warmed up the pan well. Then she poured in refined sunflower oil, warmed it up. I laid out the sandwiches with the filling down. I covered it with a lid and fried it over medium heat for 5 minutes.

I turned it over to the other side and fried it without a lid for a couple of minutes to brown the bread appetizingly.

Cooking steps

Cut off a fairly thick slice from the loaf. Cut a slice into 2 thin slices, without cutting to the end, as in the photo, (that is, two thin slices of the loaf will remain connected to each other, you get a "pocket"). Thus, forming "pockets", cut the whole loaf.

Cut the sausage into thin half rings.

Cut the cheese into thin slices. Put sausage and cheese into each pocket of the loaf.

Combine eggs and milk in a deep bowl.

Use a fork to beat the egg and milk mixture.

Dip pieces of loaf with sausage and cheese into the egg and milk mass on both sides.

Add a little vegetable oil to the pan and put on fire. Place the croutons with cheese and sausage in the pan.
