Yogurt ice cream recipe. How to make the most delicious yogurt ice cream with your own hands

Prepare delicious popsicles on yoghurt simply. Fruits and berries can be used seasonally. I bought special molds for making ice cream, but if you don't have molds, you can take small cups of yogurt. Try making popsicles at home and delight your loved ones.

Ingredients

To make yogurt-based popsicles, we need:

natural yogurt 150 g (any taste);

fresh or frozen berries (I have strawberries) - 100 g;

banana (or other fruits) - 1 pc .;

honey - 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking steps

If the berries are frozen, then you do not need to defrost. Peel the banana, cut into pieces. Place berries and banana pieces in a blender bowl. Beat everything well until smooth.

Then add honey and yogurt. Beat everything well. It is not necessary to whip for a long time, the main thing is that all the ingredients are whipped into a homogeneous mass.

Pour the fruit mixture into molds, cover with lids and refrigerate until completely frozen. Ready-made popsicles, made at home with the addition of yoghurt, remove from the molds before serving. If you are using yogurt cups, then after 30 minutes, take the ice cream out of the refrigerator and insert the sticks into it. Then put the ice cream back in the refrigerator until it freezes completely.

Step 1: Prepare fruits and berries.

Choose whatever fruits and berries you like, as long as they are sweet and flavorful enough. You can take, for example, strawberries and banana. A great combination for homemade ice cream.
Rinse the ingredients you have chosen, sort out, remove the tails, and where also the seeds are required. Then cut the large fruits and berries into smaller pieces so they fit easily into the blender bowl.

Step 2: Chop fruits and berries.

Place the selected and prepared berries and fruits in a blender and beat until homogeneous mass that resembles a liquid puree.

Step 3: Prepare homemade yogurt ice cream.

Pour the berry and fruit puree into a plate or container in which you will prepare your homemade ice cream, pour in natural drinking yoghurt. Mix thoroughly, again achieving a homogeneous consistency, cover cling film and put it in the freezer.
After about 35 minutes remove the yogurt with fruit and stir it, then return to the freezer. Repeat this procedure a few more times until the mixture begins to thicken and remains on the paddle with which you are mixing it. Once this happens, leave the yogurt to freeze until it completely turns into ice cream, becoming quite thick.
Attention: you can use low-fat yogurt to make your homemade ice cream as dietary as possible.

Step 4: Serve homemade yogurt ice cream.

Serve the homemade yogurt ice cream just as if it were regular ice cream. That is, cook various desserts with it, for example, with pancakes or waffles, add pieces of fruit to it, or just eat it. The main thing is that it is much healthier than ordinary ice cream and at the same time is no less tasty.
Bon Appetit!

If you liked the recipe for homemade yogurt ice cream, then try it the same way.

You can make any amount of homemade yoghurt ice cream, but keep the ratio of 2 parts yogurt to 1 part fruit and / or berries.

If you are using natural yogurt without fruit additives, add a little sugar, syrup or honey to the fruit or berry puree to make the ice cream sweeter.

When frozen homemade yogurt loses its sweetness and aroma, so if you choose not sweet enough fruits or berries, it can turn out bland.

Ice cream - creamy, fruity or chocolate - like nothing else can cheer you up! And about the "free" one can say the following: ice cream at home will not cost much and will certainly be natural.

Ice cream is an ancient delicacy with a long history. According to various sources, its age is 4000-5000 years. In ancient China, the imperial table was served with snow and ice mixed with pieces of fruit that vaguely resembled ice cream. Substantially chilled fruit juices, wines, and dairy products were common in ancient Greece and Israel. It is believed that Marco Polo brought the ice cream recipe to Europe, namely to Italy.

Before modern industrial methods of producing ice cream were invented, it was predominantly a delicacy that adorns special occasions and the tables of wealthy people. His recipe was kept secret, on pain of death. Famous ice cream lovers include Charles I, Catherine de Medici and Napoleon Bonaparte.

Ice cream comes in a wide variety of colors and flavors. Among its types are milk and cream ice cream, ice cream, sorbet and popsicles. It can be on a wooden stick or decorated in a cup - waffle, cardboard or plastic, in a cone, in a briquette. Ice cream can be glazed and filled with a variety of toppings.

In this case, the mixture must be removed from the heat.

The brewed mass should be cooled and then add the cream, mixing everything well.

After the indicated time has passed, transfer the ice cream to a cold bowl and whisk. This can be done with a mixer or a whisk, and very quickly so that the ice cream does not start to melt. Then put the ice cream back in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Repeat the procedure.

After all the ice cream has been mixed and frozen several times, it must be refrigerated for half an hour.
