How to cook:

  1. Mix baking powder, wheat and whole grain flour.
  2. Combine eggs with sugar, beat slightly, pour the melted butter and yogurt into this mixture, mix to make the mass smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Combine flour with yoghurt and egg mixture.
  4. Wash and dry dried apricots. If it is firm, cover with water for 15 minutes. Cut it into cubes and pour into the dough.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and sprinkle with a little flour. Put the dough into a mold, pour out and place in a hot oven. Cooking time - 35 minutes, oven temperature - 180 degrees.
  6. Chill the cake in the mold.

To change the taste, it is enough to take yoghurts with other fillers.

What do you need:

  • two eggs;
  • three carrots;
  • 200 g butter;
  • half a glass of powdered sugar;
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder;

  1. Peel the carrots and chop in a food processor or with a grater.

Put a baking sheet with tins in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees. Bake muffins on medium level for about 25-35 minutes (focus on your oven). Be sure to check for a dry skewer.
