Ingredients: 100g corn lettuce, 300g chicken fillet, 3-4 pcs. dried figs, 50g blue cheese, 2 oranges, 2 tsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, 5 tbsp. olive oil, sea salt.

Preparation: cut the fillet into thin strips, put in a deep plate, add soy sauce and salt, mix, then 2 tbsp. orange juice, a little orange zest and mix again, add 2 tbsp. olive oil, cover and marinate for half an hour. Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves, cut the figs into thin slices, pour 1 tsp. vinegar and let the slices soak. Fry the fillet in olive oil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes, cool. Toss some of the figs with the chicken, place in the center of a salad plate, add the remaining figs, sliced ​​orange, zest, crumbled cheese and toss gently. Make the dressing with the remaining vinegar, oil, and salt. Pour over the salad and toss with your hands. Arrange the leaves around the chicken and drizzle lightly with oil.

  • head of red onion;
  • soy sauce (3 large spoons);
  • carrots, black peppercorns, bay leaf;
  • light mayonnaise or sour cream.

Let's start cooking. Fill the chicken with cold water, send mugs of peeled carrots, bay leaf, pepper and salt there, put on fire. Boil the rice in a separate bowl. We do the same with beans. We crush the peanuts, cut the onion into very small cubes.

In a plate we put ready and chopped chicken, Chinese lettuce leaves (tear), beans, rice, squeezed garlic, peanuts. Pour in soy sauce and add mayonnaise, mix.

Step 1: Prepare the chicken.

Rinse lettuce leaves with warm running water, then be sure to shake to remove excess water. Sort through the ingredients, getting rid of withered and nondescript leaves. Tear the selected greens into small pieces or chop with a kitchen knife into thin strips.

Step 3: prepare the cheese.



Cut off the crusts of the cheese, if any, and then grate the parmesan. However, you can immediately purchase shredded cheese, this will save you a couple of minutes.

Step 4: prepare the dressing.



In a bowl, put all the ingredients for dressing, that is, sweet mustard, wine vinegar, olive oil and cream. Using a fork or whisk, if you like, mix all the ingredients together so that you get a homogeneous sauce.

You can mix the salad in serving bowls, but I prefer to cook all in one first. First, I put the greens and half of all the cheese, pour over the dressing, but again, not all, but only the third part. With a salad spoon, mix the lettuce leaves with cheese. Then I spread the chicken, mix again, pour over everything with the remaining dressing and pour the cheese. So, a couple of simple movements and in front of you on the table is a ready and very tasty green salad with chicken, which remains only to be served.

Serve this salad immediately after preparation. And if you are preparing it in advance, then it is better to just prepare all the ingredients and store them separately from each other without mixing.
