Initially, the place was conceived as a deli meat shop. The team has been working on these matters for more than a year, producing 10 types of dried meat and 8 varieties of raw smoked sausage - we could evaluate the results of the work in The Hat, in friendly "Cabinet" and "Animal Farm". The Hat decided to sell takeaway meat and arrange buffets on the spot - to support the idea, they installed a U-shaped bar counter and completed a wine cabinet. According to Sid Fisher, the wines were selected according to one's own taste, personally and repeatedly drunk: “I don’t know how to describe wine with the words “light”, “thin”, “with a touch of vanilla” - for me there is a tasty wine, but there is a tasteless one, if I drank more than a bottle with pleasure and remembered the taste the next day, not because my head hurts, but with a sincere kind word - this is what you need ". Wine is poured into glasses (150 ml) for 250-350 rubles, expensive items are sold by bottles.

Diligent Drinkers

Having had a bite for decency, you can move on. Another bar counter was put together in the adjacent hall, the shelves were filled with outlandish alcohol, a neon sign Diligent Drinkers was hung on the wall and all “diligent drinkers” are invited here to try domestic buckwheat and barley moonshine, Georgian chacha and French agricole, Old Believer ratafia fruit and berry vodka. Drinks from private Russian distilleries are bottled at 150 rubles, imported and rare distillates - at 250.

The on-duty menu is not expected - depending on the mood and the contents of the refrigerator, the Society prepares a couple of salads and several hot dishes (350 rubles each). “Today there is cod, but it will be ready in 20 minutes, and now I’m frying sausages - if you want, I’ll put another one in the pan for you,” the kitchen works in this way, simple and satisfying, like at a party.

The creators of the anonymous society were Sid Fisher, Billy Novik, Andrey Klimenko and the entire The Hat Group (Fiddler's Green, Apotheke cocktail bar, The Hat jazz bar). Combining two premises (the former space of the Mitte coffee shop and the store), they created two halls, each of which works according to its own hours and rules.

The first is a sausage shop and a wine bar. Meat products are of their own production, and the owners selected the wine themselves. This is one of the ideas of this institution - its own atmosphere and comfort. You can feel it as early as 10 am. The second room is a small glass room. It will be possible to try tinctures and dozens of distillates only in the evening, when she starts her work.

The analogy with the society of psychological support ("A.A") reveals the main idea of ​​the creators - live communication. The usual paper menu is not served here, so to find out the whole range, you need to have a heart-to-heart talk with the bartender.

The bar was designed by the owners themselves. The melancholy interior of the wineshop, adorned with a single neon sign, is in contrast to the welcoming salami area, complemented by an open oak kitchen.

The almost complete absence of separate tables is striking, there are only a few of them. This place still assumes that visitors will be as open to each other as possible.
